I have stayed at this hotel before, but this time it was a major disappointment. The quality has clearly declined. The website shows renovated rooms, but in reality the standard rooms are outdated, worn out, with tiny bathrooms that look like they are from the 80s–90s. The breakfasts are very poor, with hardly anything to choose from. The fruit is apparently meant for all guests: one kiwi, one peach, one banana, and one apple for the entire dining area. To be clear — this is for all guests at breakfast. In the middle of the season, there are no watermelons or melons at all. The outdoor tables are dirty, with no tablecloths or even napkins. Overall, a complete disappointment.

Where to begin? Everything was so great that it's hard to know where to start. Breakfast had huge variety of both hot and cold food, something for everyone. Great comfort and cleanliness. Staff were brilliant, reception, bar and housekeeping. Very convenient location. Just wish that we could have stayed for more than 2 weeks. Automatic choice if we get an opportunity to visit Rhodes again.

We made a mistake by booking this hotel thru travel agency. Staff was really polite and helpful despite other reviews here. Problem is that there was basicly no room cleaning at all. I spilled coffee on table on second day of the holiday and the stain is still there as I'm writing this five (5) days later. Cleaners didn't change bed sheets unless you took them off before house keeping. House keeping isn't an issue that ruins your holiday but it reflects to a lot bigger problem in this hotel. Either you were resting in your room or lating by the pool you could hear kids, grannies, wives and husbands coughing their lungs out like it was 2020 and corona. We got sick on day three and thought it was our fault leaving AC on to high overnight. Once we figured that the only AC that made us cough was in our hotel room we turned it off and felt a lot better evern since. I will be contacting the travel agency and politely ask them to refund and advice them to steer clear from this plague filled hole.

This hotel is fabulous. Its in a really great location, just a few minutes to the beach and only 15 mins walk along the front to the old town. All the staff are amazing, cleaners, breakfasts staff, bar staff and reception team. The rooms are spotlessly clean anf really modern with great shower. There is a pool but we didn't actually use it as we love the beach and its so close. The choice for breakfast was amazingly and all fresh and replaced as soon as anything was running low. The bar is very reasonably priced and they have a huge choice of cocktails. We are hoping to return next year.
