Atlantica Mikri Poli Rhodos

We simply love this place. It‘s been our 9th time there and we will definitely come back again next year simply for one reason: This place makes us happy! It’s like coming home. And this we owe to the amazing staff: Kiki and Katerina from the main office, Giannis from the main restaurant, Besi and his amazing team from the Italian restaurant, Dimitris from the main bar, the lovely ladies from the reception and of course Petros who takes care of everything - just to name some, these people are the reason we come back every year, they have become family and close friends over the years. They ALL do an amazing job and make our stay worthwhile! Our kids have been growing up there and love to return every year because it‘s „their“ hotel and their friends. Every year we meet not only the staff but other families we met here that also have become friends. We love the amazing food, the pools, the entertainment, the beach (with Antonis Water Sports) and the friendly atmosphere. And every year they try to improve and set up new things, for example the Crêperie which is open till 10 at night or the new Italian or Polynasian restaurant - amazing! For us there is no better place, thanks to so many amazing people, without them it wouldn‘t be the same! That the rooms are awesome and very clean thanks to the lovely cleaning staff is needless to say.

I never usually get round to writing reviews but felt compelled to write a review for here. Frequent travellers (quite fussy on quality) first time to Greece. Booked this hotel last minute as we were meeting friends. Me, husband and 12 year old daughter. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to pretty much anyone Where to start……… Hotel itself- very modern, clean and tidy. Rooms slightly dated but all amenities you’d need. Clean, tidy, spacious, good shower, comfortable beds, fridge, good air con. Well cleaned daily. Facilities at hotel are excellent. 4 pools. We tended to stick to the main pool (close to the bar 😉) entertainment around pool- singers a few times a week ect (excellent.) big shout out to (I can’t remember their name but 3 lads from Cape Town every Friday! Excellent 👌 Pool with slides were great, lazy river, kids pool, great slides. Didn’t actually go to the other two pools but looked great. Plenty of beds, no queuing, no removing towels. Around the pool has lots to offer. Pool table, machines, crepe/ice cream bar. Didn’t really have too much interaction with the entertainment staff but from what we saw they were excellent and offered lots across all ages. Restaurants….. what can I say. Excellent 👌 main buffet restaurant good, typical all inclusive buffet but clean, lots of options and kids area buffet 👍 Tried two of the 3 À la carte. The Italian is outstanding and unlimited but booking is required. Also went to the À la carte on the beach which was very good. Staff across the board were excellent- bar staff, restaurant manager, reception and entertainment staff. Hotel location was good, nothing directly outside the hotel (great shop in hotel) but 10 minute walk in to the local town which is lovely. I could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel is but I don’t think reviews are meant to be this long 🙈 My only fault…. Walking barefoot around the pool is too hot and the ice is too cold 😉

This was our third family stay at Atlantica Mikri Poli Rhodes, and once again we were very happy with our holiday. It was great to see that some parts of the hotel have been refreshed and modernised since our previous visits. The hotel remains a very good choice for a family holiday, and we were once again satisfied with the overall standard, atmosphere and service. The only slightly weaker point this year was the animation team, which, in our opinion, was not as engaging as during our previous stays. However, this did not affect our overall positive experience or our satisfaction with the holiday. We had another wonderful stay and would be happy to return again.

This was our third time at this hotel, and we loved it again! The animation team is amazing. A special thank you to Miška, Gabi, and Sarah. We have met these girls several times, and we are always happy to come back and see them again. They are kind, friendly, and always make our holiday better. Thank you also to Magda, Tomas, Max, Lucas, Messi, and Nicol for the fun, energy, and great activities every day.

All staff hard working, friendly and efficient. Enquiries pre stay were responded to quickly and resolved questions. Family room with sliding door overlooked main pool area. Room well equipped and spacious - bathroom toiletries and towels good quality and decent pool towels. Slight problem with safe but this was resolved. Very impressed with special diets catered for throughout hotel - even given guided tour by Maitre D as my grandson is coeliac. Restaurants had plenty of choice and dishes replenished quickly, tables cleared efficiently and food excellent. Celebrated birthday at Mediterraneo restaurant on the beach and this was amazing. Entertainment day and night was very good quality with a variety of acts - could have done with a printed schedule as missed some events. Animation team again excellent and ran a selection of games etc quickly remembering my grandson by name after his first time with them. Several pools throughout complex and plenty of sunbeds - waterpark and toddler splash park separate from other pools and with good variety of slides. Fair few steps to some of rooms but some ramps available. Bus stop outside hotel and shuttle available to Rhodes town - local village with shops etc 10-15 minute walk. Highly recommended for families. Had a really great time.
