The hotel itself is great for a family holiday, caters for all ages. Near a small town, bus stop outside to visit other places on Rhodes. Varied all inclusive food and drinks (we usually get bored of all inclusive food after a week, but during the 11 day holiday here we didn’t). Lots of different pools with different vibes at each, some more suited to younger children, some older. Some with music, some without. Really something for all, and we didn’t find them that cold considering it was the end of October. Areas to didn’t enjoy so much: - end of season was approaching and i felt you could tell. Despite the hotel still being open for the final week, some foods started reducing / lowering quality at all inclusive, nightly shows stopped, kids club closed, there were more maintenance workers around seeming to prepare for closure. This was a shame as the holiday was expensive and i would expect full service right to the end. - room service left alot to be desired. We had clean towels and bin emptied every day, but the rest was hit/miss. Sheets rarely changed, beds not made properly/sheets not tucked in, floor not kept swept, we only had water bottles 3 times in 11 days. It was rushed and not up to standard for a 4 star hotel. - i found it odd you had to pay for loungers on the beach that was private to this hotel. - most staff were lovely, but a few just did not seem happy to be there. - water park closed early one day with no notice and seemlingly no reason. - rooms a little tired and family room not very big. We felt a little squashed. And the single beds (which are sofas) were very very hard. I would recommend the hotel despite some of the above as i don’t expect perfection at all and it really was a fab holiday, but it just felt that there was some end of season fatigue in some areas and some areas for improvement.

Went for a week with family 11 of us ( 5 grandchildren ) Booking in was smooth and luggage delivered to our room. Slight mix up on our room but sorted out quickly. The room contained tv ( with only a couple of english news programmes ) fridge with water supplied each day, brew station, usb power supply in sockets (only one of them ) shower gel supplied in bathroom. over all the room was clean and comfy. the hotel boasts a number of pools and plenty of loungers so no problem getting a lounger any time of day. The food was very good and a good selection the desserts were out of this world very very good we had a really good time and could not complain about anything we would go again.

I always read reviews before I book a holiday, so I was very much reliant on other people’s opinions before booking this hotel for an all inclusive 10 day break in October. In fact, I am still here with 3 days to go whilst writing this. The reason for writing it while I am still here is twofold:- 1 - I am going to be far too busy when I get home to think about it 2 - I can give a much more thorough review if everything is still in front of me so to speak My opinion, and let’s face it, that is all you have on here, is that a lot of the enjoyment of a holiday is down to the people that you end up holidaying with. If you end up with a few ‘intolerables’ on your holiday then you will probably come away having not enjoyed yourself quite as much as you could have done. Thankfully, all the customers and the staff have been very pleasant to be around (I am not a whinging type btw) Now for the hotel itself. Clean, spacious, loads to do for children from walking age up to 15/16. Beyond that, unless you have a teenager that loves sitting in the Sun all day or joins in at the waterpark/football with the youngsters then it could be a challenge. Just for context, we have a 16yr old and a 19yr old with us and they have been fine. Food is fine, nice variety, lots of things to combine without the need to stick to a protocol. Spirits served are nice and served with the usual European measures. Beer however is a bit weak but makes sense. Rooms cleaned daily, water provided daily, even a cake provided on my birthday which was a nice touch. Pools a little cold but come on, if you sit in 25 degree heat for a few hours, the last thing you need is a heated swimming pool! Loungers. Now then, in October the Main Pool has one area that is basked in Sunshine from 8am to 4pm. Unsurprisingly therefore the loungers on that side of the pool do get snapped up quite quickly. I have been going to the Pool every day at 7.30am (breakfast isn’t really my thing) and there were already one or two towels down. My opinion is that you can put a towel down as long as you are prepared to sit there with it. You shouldn’t be allowed to reserve the ‘best seats in the house’ and then clear off back to bed! Staff were all very friendly, if you make the effort to talk to them rather than just demanding drinks they will appreciate it. Animation Team were flat out all the time trying to keep everyone happy - great effort from them What else - Lindos by cab is about £90 Euros there and back (1 hour round trip) Kolymbia village is a 10 minute walk away and caters for most requirements cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, jewellers, beauty salon, etc etc. plenty of shops to browse. I really do hope this review helps you decide. Just do not expect perfection, if you want that then go to the Ritz Carlton, Miami South Beach and spend twice as much money Overall we have had a great time, spent far too much money but hey ho it was my birthday Thanks for listening and have a nice break.
