Atlantica Princess

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at the Atlantica Princess in Rhodes and had such a lovely holiday that we wouldn’t hesitate to return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We were travelling with our toddler and the team quickly arranged both a cot and a bed rail to make the bed safe, which they did without any fuss at all. That level of service really made a difference. The hotel itself had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The all-inclusive package was excellent, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day. The quality of the food was consistently good, and there was always something for everyone to enjoy. The children’s entertainment was another real highlight. There was plenty to keep our little one entertained, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job creating a fun atmosphere for families. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also excellent. Our room and the communal areas were always spotless, and it was clear the staff took great pride in maintaining the hotel. If we had one small criticism, it would be that the balcony was quite small, but that’s a very minor point and certainly didn’t affect our enjoyment of the holiday. Overall, we had a brilliant experience and would happily recommend the Atlantica Princess to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly holiday in Rhodes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider coming back in the future.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was our first vacation with our three-year-old son and his needs were our priority. The son was thrilled, the facilities for children were absolutely great, swimming pools, playground, water slide, children's meals in the dining room. We stayed in the hotel garden, the room was silent and clean, although a little used. But cleaned every day, the air conditioning worked, plenty of water, the fridge was cold. There is nothing to complain about. The staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel management was also great, the food and drinks were great, the entertainment was too.

Had a leak in bathroom said was fixed didn’t tell us it was the waste pipe they had to come back leaked through the ceiling panel during the night bathroom full of dirty water the electric went off had the change room they would try and find us one as the were fully booked we changed room mattress disgusting too I’ve made a complaint to them and TUI they trying to say because they moved us to a sea view ( only room available) it was a upgrade absolutely not wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

We returned to this hotel for the third year in a row as a family of 7 and plan to return again. The hotel is very clean communal areas are constantly being cleaned throughout the day. The towels in the room are changed everyday and bed linen is changed every other day. The food in the restaurant always has plenty of choice and different theme nights each night of the week Alex and Toria greeted us every morning with a smile on their face and do a fantastic job. The bar has plenty of drink options on the all inclusive during the day the superstars Christina and Barbie do an amazing job at the pool bar. In the evenings Nikos, Dimitris, Sofia, Natasha, Sam, Olga, Ariz, Vasilis are amazing behind the bar and serving drinks! We can’t forget Manolis, Aphrodite, Mr Haris who were always around checking that we were enjoying our stay! The animation team work hard during the day and evenings to keep the guests entertained a special mention to Mo who works exceptionally hard and has a great energy and is fun to be around! From the bottom to the top the staff make Atlantica Princess. We are sad to be leaving but we look forward to returning again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay amazing!
