Wonderful Weekend Stay at Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa I recently had the pleasure of staying at Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa with my girlfriend for a weekend getaway, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the level of service is exceptional. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome and took great care of us throughout our stay. A special thank you to the chef for the amazing food — every meal was delicious and of outstanding quality. We were genuinely impressed. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the General Manager, Mr. Theodoros Divanis, for maintaining such high standards, and to the Public Relations Manager, Mr. Savvas Papantoniou, for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you all for making our weekend so special. We will definitely be coming back

This was our 3rd visit to the hotel as we love the location being close to Lindos. We stayed premium all inclusive. The room we were given was great, overlooking the pool with a sea view. It had had a much needed make over from the previous visits with the orange wood furniture being painted cream. The bathroom still had the tiny fixed hair dryer which was terrible so bring your own. You will need to request an iron @ board as these don’t come standard either. On arrival a bottle of complimentary red wine and a fruit platter was left in our room which was nice . The mini bar was well stocked daily and the hotel is kept clean. The grounds are kept spotless and the beach & pool beds have now big mattresses which was great to see. What we found disappointing was the food choice & quality. The breakfast cereal choice had diminished, no granola, muesli, bran flakes like you’d expect, 2 bowls of mixed cereals ?? , cheap cornflakes, cheap honey loops. The eggs are pre cooked as scrambled or fried and are sat in oil on a plate rather than cooked to order. However omelettes are cooked fresh. We ordered feta cheese from the menu and again at the Greek restaurant but on both occasions they were Under cooked in large slabs of salty feta. The best food was from the QR code beach or pool ordering . The pizzas are amazing. . We had hired a car and ordered the same dish in a taverna and in Rhodes town and the dishes were on another level. How a Greek chef at a 5* hotel cannot make this is beyond me. We found the best food was at the zen Asian restaurant but you had to reserve a table before 8am for 3 days time to get a slot. The evening entertainment was hit and miss, a few good bands/ shows but some awful ones too. The drinks were also hit and miss. Some too strong to drink, pink gin was served in wine glass not a gin glass or tumbler the majority of the time. On our last evening the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of pink fizz and a platter of fruit which was a nice touch All in all it was a good holiday but will go to the atrium prestige next time where the previous manager has moved to. This was a repeat visit to an outstanding family hotel. The staff are kind, thoughtful and attentive, the food selection is diverse and excellent and the hotel is kept so well. Our kids are total fans and never want to go anywhere else. I would like to make a special shout out for Lefteris the reservations manager. Being a dad with no sleep I had booked the wrong Atrium - the kids wanted to come here but I mistakenly booked another Atrium property on Rhodes. Lefteris moved mountains to get our family time at the Palace during a busy August- we are so very appreciative. Hoping we'll be back again this year. Keep up the excellent work.

Just back from my second visit to this fabulous hotel. The grounds are amazing, the planting and attention to detail is outstanding. The staff give the best customer service, a big shout out to our waitress Kiki in the main restaurant for amazing care and service. Huge thanks to Lucas who manages the beach and our every need for a week. Nothing is too much trouble and melon o'clock at 11am is just one of the added extras. The food is outstanding, and unlimited access to the a la carte restaurants make this a stand out destination. Zen, the Asian fusion is my favourite, but Asterias offers something special too and great sea food. Using the app to order food and drink to your beach sun lounger creates a stress free week and you can also do this by the pool, but we like the beach. We did the ceramic class, the cooking class snd joined the astronomy session looking at the stars with a local expert, which was wonderful! I simply love this hotel and beach. Pebbles, so take beach shoes. Anyone who runs will love the easy 5k loop around the hotel, along the beach and olive trees. I plan to visit again next year.
