Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Another fabulous stay at our Greek Happy Place! Again, nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who are the best in Rhodes. Special mentions for PR Manager Savvas who is a big asset to the hotel. He has been there over 20 years but still treats everyone with friendliness and kindness every day. He went over and above for us on this stay and we will never forget his kindness. Sotiris is always around as the Food and Beverage Manager and is friendly and wants everyone to have a great experience in the restaurant. Synopsium restaurant is amazing. Everyone is welcomed and show to their table and the staff are incredible. Our superb waitress and friend, Valentina, always goes the extra mile for everyone. She has eyes everywhere and knows who needs another coffee or fresh orange even before they ask! She is such another asset to this wonderful hotel. A big shout to Manos, Kiki & Fionella who are very kind, efficient and hard working. I have never seen anyone smile as much as Manos! The food is amazing and self service, however, there is also an A la Carte menu to order from which is brought to your table. With all the food, the presentation is stunning. The new manager has introduced Konstantinos who is on reception but also looks after guests with food intolerance, which is a great idea. The hotel bar is beautiful...the arches outside are my favourite part of it. Bar staff take your orders at your table and are very friendly and always up for concocting a new cocktail if you have a special request. Shout outs for Grigoris, Xristos, Nicolas and Nikos. The beach bar has very nice food and again, the bar staff are good fun and so hardworking. They deliver up and down the beach all day. Iowanna always has a smile for everyone. The housekeeping staff and garden staff are brilliant. They do an incredible job of keeping the hotel clean and tidy. Rooms are well stocked and they replenish towels at least once a day. The mini bar is refilled every night but we never use it. There is a supermarket on site and a very extensive one over the road run by Voula and Giannis who work hard to look after stray cats. Its always nice to pay them a visit and donate. There are 6 pools, the main one with lifeguard, swim up pool bar and music. We prefer the quieter pool but the pool bar is nice for a lunchtime beer or cocktail. I really could go on about this hotel and its values. A must do is to go to the beach for sunrise. It is magical.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve been too, from the moment my family arrived and left the staff were willing to help and are very welcoming to all the guests there. There are a lot of positives there are 6 pools so plenty of room to swim and a pool in water with amazing drinks being made! Shout out to the bar staff inside and out and a special mention to Gregory who works on the inside bar. All the staff here are brilliant and accommodating to each guest. The cleaners do a fantastic job. The hotel always smells really nice and the rooms are cleaned really well, each evening the housekeeping will also come round to make sure you are okay which I find this is a really special touch and they knock on your door. There is also a mini bar in your room which is stocked up daily and you can request this on the app which is absolutely fantastic and same with cleaning. If you are all inclusive premium, you have full access to the Spa and you can eat from the mini bar in your bedroom without no extra fee so it is worth all your money to go all-inclusive premium in this hotel. There is plenty of choice for food. There is a lovely inside buffet and some restaurants on site alongside a ice cream bar which has ice cream, pancakes and waffle waffles. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool and you can scan the QR code and order your drinks and food to your sunbed and this is the same with the beach. The hotel has a private beach and there was a lovely chap down there called Lucas who has lived on the island for many years and he’s very helpful and he helps you book a boat trip so you can go off the hotel ground for a little while. The only thing I will mention about this hotel is that it’s in the middle of nowhere and if you come here I would advise renting a car so you can do a range of activities if you also want to see a bit of grease, but however they do do a boat trip from the hotel beach. outside of the hotel, there is a shop and a restaurant, but I think that is a roundabout it. On the hotel site, they also have a mini shop which I find really handy because if you need any of your essentials, you can get it from the shop. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel thank you to all the staff for making this such a wonderful holiday. It’s worth all the money. 🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷

We visited Atrium Palace one more time and our favourite holiday destination keeps getting better. The service from the cleaning to the bars and restaurants was immaculate. Everybody was professional and friendly and we really enjoyed this year’s new pool tropical party . Special mention to the reception team who helped us with all inquiries and Konstantinos which we were to see again this year! We also noticed the new manager greeting and chatting with guests, including us, and we would like to thank him for keeping everything organised and running smoothly!!

This is an exceptional luxury resort hotel which works like clockwork. From the warm welcome on arrival to the very attractive accomodation, from the choice and standard of the different different food venues to the care taken of the estate, inside and out, everything was consistently impressive_especially the friendly and helpful staff. We could not fault it and will return!

Having read the reviews, and with a recommendation from our travel agent, we booked 2 weeks at the hotel on the Premium all-inclusive package And there were lots of positive but some issues too and definitely feels like 2 halves to every element We assumed all guests would be on the Premium all-inclusive package – but this was not the case – with some guests on B&B, HB only. This meant the facilities and service were more universal than targeted to the premium pricing we paid for the holiday The quality of the drinks and bar service was great – but there was only one main bar and every night, as we were looking to enjoy a drink, we were met wit the kids club happening in the middle of bar area which you could not escape with any of the seating. The same in the later evenings when the hotel would have a different act on – there was no area to enjoy a quieter drink and chat as the music was loud and most of the acts were not to our taste The food in the a la carte restaurants was fantastic with premium dishes and good service – unfortunately the buffet restaurant for breakfast and lunch was not at the same standard which – as there were some guests on B&B - felt a more basic universal offering than the premium pricing we had paid and enjoyed at dinner The rooms were nice – but again as these were standard rooms for all guests – and did not represent the cost we had paid and have experienced in other hotels of the standard we believed we had booked. The rest of the hotel needs updating as the lifts were continually breaking down (my husband got stuck in them one day) and the dark wood and tiling again does not represent the premium nature of our holiday I would say the majority of the team were super friendly and helpful – especially the pool drinks team, restaurant staff (especially at breakfast), the spa team, and the lovely team who keep the rooms ready and hotel clean – but we had the odd eye rolling from waiters if we tried to add a drink to our order after we had placed it and a particularly unfriendly departure experience where we were not even asked how our stay was after we had questioned the new 15 euro’s tax per toom per night (which was unexpected and extortionate relative to other countries we have visited) Would I recommend this hotel – probably not – whilst we had a lovely break I don’t think the experience reflected the cost we paid
