⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely beautiful hotel – we’ll definitely be back! We had such an amazing stay at Atrium Palace and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful and incredibly well maintained, but one of the things that impressed us most was just how spotlessly clean everything was. Our room was immaculate, as were the pools, restaurants and all of the communal areas. You can see how much care and attention goes into keeping the hotel to such a high standard. The staff are what really make this hotel special. Everyone we came across was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. We especially have to mention Savvas, who was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we met him, he made us feel so welcome and looked after. He always had time to stop and speak to us, check that everything was going well and help with anything we needed. He has such a naturally warm and genuine way with people and you can tell that he truly cares about guests having a wonderful holiday. Savvas really added something special to our stay and is a huge credit to Atrium Palace. Exceptional service is one thing, but making guests feel genuinely valued and remembered is another – and that is exactly what Savvas does. We had such a lovely family holiday and made some beautiful memories here. The cleanliness, atmosphere, gorgeous surroundings and wonderful people made it very difficult to leave! Thank you to the whole team, and especially Savvas, for making our holiday so special. Atrium Palace will definitely be somewhere we return to.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable stay at Atrium Palace We have just returned from the most wonderful stay at Atrium Palace and genuinely cannot praise this hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. Everywhere you go, from the rooms and communal areas to the pools, restaurants and grounds, everything is spotless and so well maintained. The housekeeping team do an incredible job, and the standard of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel is something that really stood out to us. The service from the entire team is outstanding. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and there is such a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel. A very special mention has to go to Savvas Papantoniou, the Public Relations Manager, who was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. Savvas is one of those people who genuinely makes a holiday memorable. He went above and beyond for us and our family, always checking that we were happy and making sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly kind, attentive and professional, but more than anything, he made us feel like friends rather than simply hotel guests. You can tell that Savvas genuinely cares about the people staying at Atrium Palace. His warmth and hospitality are something very special, and he is an absolute credit to the hotel. It is people like him who turn a beautiful hotel into somewhere you want to return to year after year. The combination of the immaculate cleanliness, beautiful surroundings, wonderful staff and exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We were genuinely sad to leave. Thank you to everyone at Atrium Palace for such a beautiful holiday, and an especially big thank you to Savvas for everything he did for us. We arrived as guests but truly felt as though we left with friends in Rhodes. We cannot wait to return!

Great hotel and service , extremely clean , and the staff are very helpful, from the pool bar staff , to the manager mr savvas , he will go above and beyond to help out with anything needed , will be returning for sure

We had a really enjoyable stay at Atrium Palace and would definitely recommend it. Overall, the hotel is lovely, the staff are fantastic and there is a great choice of food and facilities. There are just a few small things that, if improved, could make this hotel stand out even more. For example, the use or wristbands with a chip in to use as room keys, as well as scan at the bar or restaurants so staff can easily know your room number and whether you're all inclusive or not. It would save people accidentally saying the wrong room number and potentially charging someone else's tab! Our room was nice and always kept very clean. You could occasionally hear people outside on the corridor, but this wasn't too much of an issue as we tended to return to our room at about 11pm and it was quiet. Our first room had a bath, which wasn’t ideal for us, so we asked if it was possible to move to a room with a walk-in shower. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff even helped us move our belongings, which we really appreciated, however, if all rooms had walk-in showers people wouldn't have to move about! The beds were quite hard, although we got used to them after a few nights. We also had a small ant problem during the first few days, but the cleaners were more than happy to spray the room and this stopped the problem entirely. Breakfast was probably the weakest of the three meals, although it was by no means bad. There was a decent selection, but some of the pastries were often quite dry. Lunch and dinner, however, were lovely. The main restaurant had such a wide range of options that there was always something for everyone. The à la carte restaurants were a particular highlight, especially as they are included in the all-inclusive package. Zen was my personal favourite and the food and atmosphere were excellent. One slight disappointment was the lobster night at Asterias. It is advertised as a premium and exclusive evening, costing €80 per person, with a 20% discount for all-inclusive guests, and includes a seven-course lobster menu. However, the regular menu is also served alongside it, with many more guests choosing the regular menu. This meant our seven courses took over three hours to arrive, which was quite frustrating given the price and the way the evening is advertised. It felt like the experience could be managed a little better. The pools were lovely and the sunbeds were exceptionally comfortable. Being able to order food and drinks directly to your sunbed was incredibly convenient, and the cocktails were genuinely very good quality. The swim-up pool bar was also a brilliant addition, particularly in the heat. The staff were one of the biggest highlights of our stay. Everyone was friendly, helpful and welcoming, and many of them got to know you throughout your stay. They were always happy for a bit of banter, which gave the hotel a really friendly atmosphere. The evening entertainment was very good and there was usually something worth watching. The only issue was that some of the seating had views obstructed by palm trees and pillars, making it difficult to see from certain areas. Another thing that could definitely be improved is the outdoor seating around the main bar. It seems that all of the uncovered outdoor seating is designated as smoking areas. This feels slightly unfair, particularly for families and guests who don’t like being around cigarette smoke, as it leaves very limited options for enjoying a drink outside without being in a smoking area. We arranged a private taxi from the airport, which took around 45 minutes. There isn’t a huge amount within walking distance of the hotel, so it’s worth bearing that in mind if you want to explore independently. Lindos is relatively close, although during our stay the heat was so intense that we didn’t feel up to making the trip! Also have to mention the cats around the hotel! We absolutely loved seeing them wandering around and relaxing in the gardens. They were all so friendly and were definitely one of the little things that made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a really good holiday at Atrium Palace. The combination of the fantastic staff, excellent lunch and dinner options, beautiful pools, comfortable sunbeds and great all-inclusive offering made for a very relaxing stay. There are definitely a few areas where some small tweaks would make a big difference, but we’d happily recommend the hotel and would consider returning in the future.

I have booked Anantara hotels before but this is the first time I stayed at one. It was unbelievable, the food, theservice, the rooms, the grounds, all were just fantastic
