Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

Our family of six recently returned from a wonderful 10-night all-inclusive stay. Traveling with a group requiring three rooms, we were delighted by how smoothly everything went from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was great and completely stress-free for all of us. We were even better surprised when we received a lovely room upgrade, which was a fantastic start to our trip. Throughout our stay, the rooms were kept spotlessly clean and were a very comfortable. The service across the resort was a standout. Gabriella, the Guest Relations Manager, was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfectly organised for our group. The atmosphere by the pool was just as good, as the pool bar staff, Antonis, Stratos, Vasilis and Lefteris, Roan from entertainment and the lifeguard, Jason, were amazing, always keeping spirits high and ensuring everyone was safe. We really enjoyed the dining experiences as well. At the Zen restaurant, Natalia and her team provided truly amazing service that we won't forget. The team over at Il Gusto and Mesogeos was also great and very attentive. Every morning, we were greeted by Valentina at breakfast, who was so friendly and always made us feel welcome. The main buffet was okay, though I did find the selection a bit challenging at times due to my allergies. While the staff were helpful, it is something to keep in mind if you have specific dietary requirements. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and want to thank the whole team for making our family stay so memorable.

We’ve been staying at this hotel already 5 times in a row already and it makes us excited like the first time we stayed here with the same and even more smiley faces, friendliness and yet high level of professionalism - I’ve to give a huge thumbs up to Savvas, Lefteris, Sotiris and as well as new Hotel Manager Theodoros to make sure to keep all quality standard high - thank you once again for making us feel at home and providing everything without a hesitation during our stay - of course we are coming back next year as well😊

What kept us going during the long Northern winter, was the thought of one more holiday in Atrium Palace - where we have been staying over the past few years. The hotel is beautifully located, in a quiet area, with few buildings, immersed in nature, offering 2 big swimming pools as well as smaller ones, comfortable chairs, umbrellas, great towel service and access to the hotel beach. Being returning guests, we really appreciate the friendly warm welcome, the assistance offered by the GM Theodoros, as well as by Guest Relation Manager Savvas (thank you for following up on our numerous requests), the F&B Manager Sotiris, and the Reservations Manager Lefteris. The rooms are quite large, and very clean - the service is always available whenever an extra towel is needed or for other requests. We enjoy the large breakfsts - even when the hotel is crowded, the different sitting areas give a cosy atmosphere, and the staff is helpful and friendly (we are just 2 persons, but we have seen tables arranged instantly for bigger groups). Thank you again - it is an amazing stay!!

We had a fantastic stay at the Atrium Palace Thalasso in Kalathos, Rhodes, and it’s easily one of the best hotels we’ve experienced—particularly for families. From the moment we arrived, the level of service from the staff was outstanding. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. What stood out most was how well the staff clearly got along with each other—it created such a positive, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel that really enhanced our entire stay. The food was consistently good, with plenty of variety, and the Premium All Inclusive package was excellent value. Being able to book the à la carte restaurants as many times as we liked was a real highlight and made dining feel special throughout the holiday. The drinks menu was also impressive, offering a wide selection of high-quality options. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for a family stay. Entertainment was spot on—varied, enjoyable, and well-organised. The Greek night, in particular, was the standout of the themed evenings and a real highlight of the programme. A special mention must go to Jason, the lifeguard, who was always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. The pool bar staff were also fantastic—efficient, welcoming, and added to the relaxed holiday atmosphere. Lukas at the beach was equally impressive, providing excellent service and sharing great local knowledge, which really enhanced our experience. One of my personal highlights was the lobby bar. It quickly became my favourite place to unwind—beautiful mountain views, incredibly comfortable sofas, and a calm, elegant atmosphere where you could easily spend hours relaxing. This hotel truly feels like a masterclass in how to run a resort. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, and everything runs smoothly. It strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and a welcoming family-friendly environment. We wouldn’t hesitate to return—and in fact, we’re already looking forward to our next visit.
