Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas

We have just returned from our 4th holiday in this amazing hotel. What can we say ? The environment is as beautiful as ever, the food is amazing and the staff are exemplary. We would often name individual staff who have been exceptional but that does not seem generally possible as everyone we met went above and beyond with their friendly and efficient service. It was great to meet staff that we remember from previous years and their new colleagues. We spent our days on the beach as that is our preference, so have to mention Lucca, who amazingly managed to rebook our boat trip twice ! Windy days having cancelled the original dates. The beach bar staff are so friendly and hard working, in very high temperatures and many work in the main bar in the evening too. Thank you for our many interteresting conversations. The restaurants are all very good, whether a la carte or buffet. Again, service staff are very friendly, personable and efficient. A special thanks for a lovely birthday meal, in beautiful surroundings. We spent most of our time simply relaxing but can recommend the ceramics class and the aqua aerobics as fun activities. Not to mention the spa which provided a great respite from the hottest temperatures. We must also not forget the amazing housekeeping staff who looked after us so well. Finally, thanks to Alexandra for arranging our holiday and Gabriella and her team who help make everything special. I am sure that we will be back!

Just returned from Rhodes having stayed at this fabulous hotel. I can honestly say the customer service was outstanding, always so pleasant and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was exceptional, far better than we expected. Plenty of choice and always fresh. I particularly liked the fact that in the main buffet restaurant you still have the option of À la carte, rather than just buffet. The manager was always there to greet guests, a true gentleman. The hotel was clean and well kept. There were many more mature families staying when we were there. Adults with teenage children which suited us. We booked a boat trip through Lucas, the happiest beach attended I’ve ever met! The trip was wonderful and both my teenage girls enjoyed it. The beach is stunning, pebbles which was fine for us and the water crystal clear. I also want to give a massive shout out to Marianna in the VIP restaurant at breakfast time. Such a lovely lady, always smiling and so helpful. It was a pleasure to meet her and hope to see her again next year when we will return!

We came back for a second time and everyone working there was amazing. From the Lifeguard Jason to our amazing waitress Lorena. These people make the this hotel special. Also the team behind the poolbar were amazing!

Fantastic family stay at the Atrium Palace, from start to finish ! Set in a wonderful location about 10-15mins from Lindos, the hotel is clean, modern and well equipped, proposing many animations and activities for all tastes. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and comfortable (great bedding, aircon). Many restaurant options available on-site, as well as a large breakfast buffet in the mornings, but family-owned Greek tavernas with delicious meal options are also accessible by foot. It was our second time back, which already says a lot. All the staff were absolutely lovely - a special thanks goes to Lukas for always putting a smile on our face as we arrived on the beach ! Highly recommended.
