We stayed here Wednesday 3rd - 10th June 2026 on our honeymoon. This was our second time staying here, having previously stayed in September 2023. The service was truly exceptional. Everyone did such a fantastic job and were so friendly and polite. We have to give a special mention to the main pool bar team. The 5 or so who were on around 10am each day honestly made our holiday/ honeymoon. We mentioned to Vasilis that we were trying to learn Greek. He then went above and beyond by giving us a new phrase to learn each day and was genuinely really happy for us when we got it right! We learnt to say our lunch order in Greek also and Vasilis and the whole team were so patient and more than happy for us to do so. Katerina was also excellent. Each morning we got a cheerful hello and asked how we were. Katerina remembered our drinks order and even made a non-alcoholic version of an “Oaks Lily” (a cocktail my husband had been drinking each day) when we mentioned it was our last day and therefore not drinking. There were a few others who we didn’t catch their names and for which I am so sorry!! Hopefully this would be easy enough to identify as it was typically the same 5 people on around 10:15am at the main pool bar the week of our stay. One of the waiters at this time also remembered our coffee order and our room number! Making our special trip feel even more special with this personalised touch. Truly a credit to the hotel. We also want to give a mention to the staff in Koi and the Greek restaurant on the 9th floor. We ate here 4 times, 2 times in each, and the service was always consistently excellent. The staff are so knowledgeable, friendly and more than happy to make recommendations. I am lactose intolerant and my allergies were taking seriously and always checked with the chef. This may seem like a small thing but honestly made me feel so confident in the food I was eating and really added to our fantastic stay. The red and white wine recommended was also delicious and has become a firm favourite! Thank you! Housekeeping and reception were also great. Service always with a smile. We had a wonderful stay at Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort Hotel & Spa and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The service was excellent, always delivered with a smile, and the entire team made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The food was very good, and the breakfast offered a great variety of choices every morning. We also strongly recommend trying the hotel’s à la carte restaurants – they were among the highlights of our stay and should not be missed. The hotel enjoys a great location, close to Rhodes Town while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Rhodes itself is a beautiful island, with wonderful beaches, fascinating historical sites, and many interesting places to explore. We particularly appreciated the quiet environment of the hotel, the excellent housekeeping service, and the lovely swimming pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Special thanks to the reception team – Despina, Elsa, and Ana – for the care, attention, valuable information, and assistance they provided during our stay. Their professionalism and kindness made a real difference. We would also like to thank George and Ronaldo for being so friendly and welcoming. We stayed bed & breakfast in a private pool room. The hotel is very nicely decorated, rooms clean and comfortable. Location is nice with some shops and bars a short walk away, and Rhodes Old Town a short drive from the hotel. We walked to Old Town one cloudy afternoon, there’s a nice coastal walk if it’s not too hot. Breakfast had lots of choice, always fresh and tasty. We had room service for lunch one day which came fairly quickly and was delicious. Pool area was well maintained - we usually went down for a Sunbed for the morning and up to our private pool in the afternoons. Never had any problems getting a Sunbed. Service at this hotel makes it stand out. Everyone’s so friendly and attentive. We will be back!
