Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort & Spa

Excellent stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Atrium Platinum and were extremely happy with every aspect of our visit. The hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious and spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal – peaceful, yet close to Rhodes Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

This was our second time staying at Atrium Platinum this year, and once again we had a fantastic holiday. We were so happy to come back because we knew how good it was, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. A big thank you to Klaudio, the Guest Relations Manager, for always being so friendly, helpful, and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We’d also like to thank the Housekeeping Manager and the housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless every day. The staff really make this hotel special, and that’s one of the main reasons we came back. We had another wonderful stay and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you to everyone at Atrium Platinum!

Amazing hotel, fabulous staff, food i actually believe is excellent for an all inclusive and some of the best we have experienced in our travels, had dinner in the Porfyra last night, hostess team are lovely, forgot her name who looked after us but she wears off white sketchers :) the reception team (Stephanie) extremely supportive especially with wife losing things and them finding and returning within a matter of hours, easy to find sun beds and love the fact you cannot leave towels before 10.30, strictly controlled by the lovely Fraidia who also the lost bag of sun creams - the cabana's are reserved for the members or suites, however if you ask you can get.. overall fantastic holiday and will return..

There are few places I'd visit again but this is definitely one of them. Lovely hotel, not far from the airport or Rhodes old and new town. The rooms were spacious and clean, we had one large bed that was amazing and the food was delicious every day. There are two things we'd like to mention and that is 1) soft closing toilet lids! would be good for such lovely bathrooms, 2) more specific if you have a late flight when you leave, but being able to have a later checkout time would be really helpful, and being able to factor that in when you book. But we would like to thank the General Manager, Apostolos Eleftheropoulos, for welcoming us to the hotel and generally being present and so friendly, during our stay, that kind of customer service goes a long way. An even bigger thank you goes to Reception, the Bell Boys, Waiting Staff in the main Restaurant, the cooks, cleaners and laundry staff. Every one who plays a part in us visitors having a good stay should be thanked and applauded. We can only remember George (Bell Boy) and Katina (in the restaurant) names but there were lots of others whose name we didn't catch, but we reallt appreciate the role you all play.
