Atrium Prestige

What a beautiful setting and fabulous hotel with stunning sea views. We had a wonderful relaxing 10 days at this exceptional hotel at the end of August into September. Food and wine was excellent quality with the stand out restaurants being the Asian and Seafood restaurants. All of the staff are so welcoming and attentive but we must give a special shout out to our fav's Fanis and Christos (or Batman and Robin as we came to call them!) who gave us such a warm welcome after our very late flight - a wonderful first impression to the hotel - thanks for all the lovely chats throughout our stay! Our room was always spotless - thank you Blerina! The rooms are beautifully appointed and the daily stocked mini-bar was much appreciated. The lounger service via an app on your phone is a great idea with drinks and food delivered wherever you are sitting be it by one of the pools or down on the beach. The spa is also wonderful and highly recommend the treatments. If you are looking for a complete getaway with a relaxing, chilled vibe but with a highly polished service then this is the place for you.

The hotel was almost full in October but Mr. Vasilis managed to find me a room with the exact specifications I wanted. The people in the reception, in the restaurants, in the shops and the people taking care of the cleaning were still smiling despite having worked very hard for six months. Everything was perfect. South Rhodes is paradisiac and same goes for atrium prestige.

Stunning hotel with exceptional food and service. I would highly recommend the Premium All Inclusive option as the speciality restaurants are outstanding and unlike many competitors, there is no restrictions to the amount times you can dine during your stay. First class all round.

This review is purely to reflect the accessibility of the hotel. Having had a stroke my mobility is limited, with additional balance issues. I walk with hiking poles and am not very good at going down stairs. On arrival we were greeted by staff who took our luggage for us and delivered it to our room. We had upgraded to a junior suite to ensure we had a walk-in shower. The hotel did provide slip mats, but I was not comfortable with these so I used my own (this goes everywhere with me). The hotel has lifts that will get you to all levels. It took us a little while to work out the routes that worked best for me. There are also sloping paths that will take you everywhere. I’m not sure if they go to beach level as we would always take the lift (by the amphitheater) to the beach level. At the beach there are slatted wooden paths across the sand which take you to all the sunbeds. Access to the main pool was by two ladders. I managed to enter and exit the pool via the ladders. It would have been nice to have a walk in option of either steps or a slope with a hand rail. The quiet pool had a gradual slope the width of the pool, however there was no hand rail so this didn’t work for me. The floor in this pool was also a bit slippy. The sunbeds were very comfortable The staff in all the restaurants were very helpful some offering to carry my plate at the buffet. You could also ask for a buggy at anytime if required. There was a disabled toilet by the Asian restaurant that was wheelchair/mobility scooter accessible. I don’t recall seeing any others but that’s not to say there wasn’t any as I used the normal ladies toilets. We had a fabulous 10 days here and will definitely be returning. This was our eighth visit to this wonderful slice of paradise. Everything was, as usual, absolutely wonderful. The hotel is always incredibly clean and well maintained and we thought the new furniture at the pool bar and in the restaurant and the room was modern and comfortable. Our room had been updated since last year which was a nice surprise. Every member of staff is courteous and friendly. It is always 'service with a smile' and nothing is too much trouble. It's so nice to once again see familiar members of staff, but also to meet some new ones. It was a pleasure to get to know Alexandros who was charming and extremely professional. He takes the time to talk to guests and is often seen around the hotel and grounds 'walking the job' making sure everything is as it should be It was lovely to see Aneta again who took care of our room every day. She works incredibly hard and is always very cheerful. Finally, no review would be complete without mentioning the wonderful Voula who can produce any drink you can think of. She is an absolute gem and a credit to the Atrium. It is also worth mentioning that even though our holiday was right at the end of the season (they were closing the following day), and obviously there were fewer and fewer guests each day, everything on offer was exactly the same as if we were staying at the height of the season.
