Atrium Prestige

We have just returned from an incredible week at Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas, and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff made us feel welcome and ensured we had a wonderful stay. A huge thank you to the reception team for their warm welcome, helpful advice, and help in restaurant bookings / changes . A special thank you to Despina for making my birthday so wonderful. We enjoyed some spectacular sunrises, access to private beach and the lovely swallows which made the place feel like a bird sanctuary. The food was amazing !! Thalassa restaurant has an amazing view across the sea and some of the best gourmet dishes. We would especially like to mention Konstantinos at Thalassa Restaurant. His professionalism and exceptional service made every meal a pleasure. Another special thank you goes to Serxina at the Aegean Restaurant. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The housekeeping and cleaning staff made sure our rooms were immaculate every day, and their hard work and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for making our holiday so relaxing, enjoyable, and memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.

Amazing experience and facilities. The staff was very professional and friendly. Especially Voula from the pool bar was extremely nice and her cocktails were fabulous. I really recommend a visit there if you are planning a trip to Rhodes

From the moment we arrived at Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort, we knew we had chosen somewhere special. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful grounds, immaculate facilities and a level of quality that exceeded our expectations. Every part of our stay felt luxurious, relaxing and incredibly well looked after. What truly made this holiday unforgettable, however, was the people. Xena, Renato, George and Thanos were simply exceptional. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are a real credit to the hotel and, honestly, one of the biggest reasons we already want to return. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, with an excellent variety and consistently high quality. Every meal was something to look forward to, and the service from the restaurant team was first class. We also want to recognise the reception team, who were always friendly, efficient and happy to help, as well as the housekeeping staff, who kept our room spotless every single day. The attention to detail across the entire hotel was faultless. Atrium Prestige has given us one of the best holidays we've ever had. Beautiful surroundings, exceptional food and, most importantly, incredible people who genuinely care about their guests. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and will definitely be returning. This was our second visit to the hotel and I didn’t think it would be as good as last year but from the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly special. The entire team works tirelessly to ensure your stay is as relaxing as possible - nothing is too much trouble. The resort itself is pure luxury. It’s a stunning location with immaculate maintenance. The grounds are beautiful, with incredible trees and lush plants throughout the garden and pool areas, and the housekeeping visits kept our room spotless. The dining experience is exceptional. There is a fantastic variety of restaurants to choose from if you want a change from the central buffet, though the buffet itself is brilliant and features a daily à la carte menu if you prefer it. However, what truly elevates this stunning environment and incredible food is the staff. Whether they have a rigorous training programme or simply an exceptional hiring policy, they have managed to gather the absolute nicest, most professional people. They are all excellent without exception - the reception team is endlessly helpful and ready to assist with anything; the main restaurant staff greet you with a genuine smile and escort you to your favourite table. And especially the pool and beach bar waiters who work tremendously hard to ensure you have the best time. They are a joy and an absolute credit to the hotel.
