Atrium Prestige

We had a wonderful stay! The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and the hotel made us feel truly welcome. We especially appreciated how well everything was arranged for children, making it a perfect place for families. A special highlight was the unforgettable evening of stargazing with Mr. Stratos Koufos, whose passion for astronomy made the experience both fascinating and inspiring. We had a wonderful stay and genuinely loved our holiday. The resort has so much going for it, and we would absolutely consider coming back. We wanted to leave some honest feedback because this is a 5-star resort with huge potential, and a few improvements would make it exceptional. What we loved: The food was outstanding throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional and really made the holiday. A special thank you to Rafael, Renato and the manager at the Lachania restaurant, the two members of staff at Prestigio, Georgio from Grill Corner, and Manos on the app team. They were all friendly, attentive and went above and beyond. The whole resort has a relaxed, chilled atmosphere that makes it easy to switch off. The sea is beautiful and perfect for swimming. The on-site shop is very well stocked and reasonably priced for anything you might need. The sunbeds are comfortable. A few areas where we think a 5-star experience could be improved: The resort could do with some refurbishment. The rooms and various areas are looking tired and would benefit from a fresh coat of paint or modernising. The biggest issue for us was the air conditioning. It simply wasn't cold enough, and this would honestly be the main reason we might hesitate to return. There is also no air conditioning in the bathroom, which made it quite uncomfortable when getting ready. We were looking forward to the yoga classes but didn't take part because the yoga room wasn't air conditioned. The bedroom curtains let in a lot of light, so if you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. Again black out curtains would really be appreciated. Breakfast - we'd love to see an à la carte breakfast option, perhaps for Premium All Inclusive guests, or at least more healthy pre-made options such as Bircher muesli, fresh berries . We were disappointed that room service at lunchtime isn't included, even for Signature Pool Rooms, unless you pay extra. When you have a private pool, it's nice to spend the whole day there without having to leave for lunch. The main pool area wasn't our favourite. The sunbeds all face the hotel rather than the sea, so it loses some of the stunning views. The grass around the pool was also worn and mostly occupied by children, so we found ourselves preferring the beach. Maybe an adults only pool area would be good. The adults only beach area is miles away from beach bar and toilets too. It would be great if the resort offered watersports such as paddleboards or pedalos. Only a combined shampoo and conditioner is provided. After spending all day in the sea, having separate conditioner would make a big difference. I had to purchase conditioner from the shop. Overall, we had an amazing holiday and would happily recommend the resort. Our comments are only intended as constructive feedback because we think this resort could be truly outstanding. We hope some of these small details are considered, as they would make a real difference and would make us even more likely to return in the future.

The seafood restaurant is absolutely amazing and if konstonitnos is your waiter your in for an even amazing experience

We are coming to the end of our family holiday at Atrium Prestige, and our stay has been exceptional from start to finish. The biggest highlight has been the staff. Every member of the team—from reception, housekeeping, porters, gardeners, pool and beach staff to the restaurant teams—has been genuinely warm, friendly and welcoming. They made us feel valued throughout our stay. The resort itself is stunning, with a beautiful beachfront location, a huge pool, excellent facilities and a well-stocked supermarket. We arrived late and were touched to find salmon wraps and a non-alcoholic welcome drink waiting in our room. The hotel also noted that we don’t drink alcohol and stocked our minibar with extra soft drinks instead. Most importantly, our son’s nut allergy was carefully recorded and acknowledged at every restaurant, which gave us great peace of mind. We initially had a sea view room where the view was partially obstructed and the bed was made up of two singles pushed together. After messaging the hotel via WhatsApp, they kindly upgraded us to Suite 5120, which has breathtaking uninterrupted sea views. We were incredibly grateful for their excellent customer service. The food throughout the resort is outstanding, with an impressive variety and beautifully presented, high-quality dishes. The themed restaurants were particularly memorable. One of the highlights of our holiday was the astronomy evening with Stratos, who gave a fascinating presentation and allowed guests to observe the night sky through his telescope—an unforgettable experience unlike anything we’ve seen at another resort. We also thoroughly enjoyed the ceramics class and boat trip. If we could suggest one improvement, it would be to offer a few more excursion options and introduce halal chicken alongside the excellent vegetarian and seafood choices, making the dining experience even more inclusive. Thank you to everyone at Atrium Prestige for an unforgettable holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. The crystal-clear sea was beautiful to swim in, and even thoughtful touches like the free air pump at the supermarket for inflating pool floats showed the attention to detail that makes this resort so special.

Unfortunately only there for seven nights with all my family. Truly a five star plus hotel rooms, staff and over all atmosphere beyond expectation. The whole hotel feels and is roomy, you never bumming into other guests. Food in all but especially the specialty restaurants exceptional with highly attentive staff always there to look after your needs. Location remote about 1 hour 20 from airport but everything on site well worth the travel. Even in the large shop prices of items very competitive which is in my experience unusual. It is all attributed to good management and highly trained but very friendly staff in all areas. Consider one the best in over 40 plus years of travelling in many countries of the world.
