Avra Beach

This is my second holiday abroad and in Greece and WOW this hotel is great.. the rooms are clean and for a hotel room quite spacious. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly even the hotel shop has plenty to offer and not expensive. There is plenty of food choices available for breakfast lunch and dinner where even the most pickiest eaters can find something fulfilling. I did read a review about the temperature however none of us had an issue but also what do you expect when your eating outside with a little breeze the temperature of the food will drop a little. Sam, Boogie and Tibi were freaking awesome I’m grinning like a loon just thinking about them. They interacted with everyone from morning to night. Every member of the Avra Beach Hotel are a credit to the hotel my experience will last me a lifetime and yes I will be rebooking once flights become more affordable for me. I know I’m gushing about this hotel but I thought it was extremely good from being beachfront to being close to Rodos town and a short distance to the airport. Σας ευχαριστώ Avra

The hotel was amazing aswell as staff

We have stayed at Avra Beach eight years ago so we decided to come back as we did enjoy our stay The hotel has general not changed much in the last 8 years apart from they have a new restaurant near the beach, which takes a bit of pressure off the dining hall. The food is really good plenty of choice to cater for everybody’s needs. The staff are really friendly and happy to help for your every need, especially the entertainment team. Just a couple of little pointers that would of made our stay 100% would be NO smoking on the sun lounges as not everybody is a smoker and it not nice if you’ve got someone beside you who is smoking all day and is wafting into you your face their should be a dedicated smoking areas for the comfort of all the guests.The other little thing it would be nice to be able to get a hot drink 24/7 as my husband and I are early rises and there’s no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and you can’t get a hot drink before 6.45am and that’s only in the main dining hall. Apart from the 2 minor issues overall it is a lovely hotel. Another little observation which a lot of people were complaining about that the pool toilets need better signage as everybody was still going to the restaurant toilets

Wow, this place is better than expected, The staff are very friendly and smiley, across the whole hotel, especially Elton, Kiriakos on the bars, The entertainment team works hard and tries to include all. Well Done Team Avra.

10/10. A great holiday made amazing by the animation team! They truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time and feels included. The location is great and is situated right on the beach with lots of sun loungers for you to sit on. The Asian fusion night in the restaurant was lovely and there are also lots of other themed nights throughout. The snack bar/themed restaurants are also amazing for a little snack or lunch if nothing in the restaurant catches your eye. Definitely make use of the excursions on offer in the reception, we visited lindos and it was worth every penny. We will definitely be back!
