Belair Beach Hotel

Me and my Partner booked a week, All inclusive to the Belair Beach, we did have a lovely time in Rhodes but there is a few pros and cons to this hotel. I'll start with the Pros: the staff are extremely lovely, especially the receptionists they will go above and beyond, and one lady in particular unfortunately I didn't get her name, upgraded our room to the executive suite and we had the prettiest view of the sea and the pool, the hotel is clean and rooms are always beautifully done when the maids have been in. They are big and spacious as well and the showers were nice aswell. There are plenty of sunbeds available as we never struggled to get one and there was no sun bed wars so that was a bonus, and there is also a adult only pool which is majority of the time free if you are looking for a quiet pool day. All inclusive drinks are okay and there is some what a good selection of cocktails. So now the Cons: because this hotel is a nice hotel unfortunately the cons really stood out for us, and our main issue was the food, we found the food extremely repetitive it felt like you had the same for lunch that you would get for dinner not much of a variety or too choose from, there is one small island of hot food and a small area where they used the grill to cook some foods but it just all seemed to be the same everyday, so eventually we ate out everyday for dinner, Breakfast was the nicest part about the food you have the full English and then your pastries and pancakes so couldn't really go wrong with that. So if you're a fussy Eater you may struggle with food. Also the soft drinks round by the pool we found very flat with no fizz. Overall it is a lovely place it's just a shame for us the food let it down, it's a beautiful hotel in a lovely spot with gorgeous views and everything else was fantastic and we definitely would go back to Rhodes but unfortunately at a different hotel, but we did meet some lovely people there x

We absolutely love Bob!! He has a lovely presence and very welcoming to everyone he interacts with. He’s a lovely DJ with great music, wanting you to get up on the dance floor!! 💃🏼 🕺🏻 🪩

We are here now, 4 nights in, I have to say despite reservations, the hotel is great. Whilst it’s true that it’s perhaps a little dated in places, the fact is that this hotel is 4 star, not 5. With a 4 star hotel, dont expect a swanky reception, pool towels included, a la carte restaurants etc because you dont get them. What you do get is an exceptionally clean place to stay, very comfortable beds, excellent food and great service from staff that you feel really do care about the hotel. We upgraded the room to executive sea view on an all inc basis and cant fault it. Its May so I guess its not busy at the moment but its easy to get drinks and big beers are big beers served in nice tankards on an evening and plastic during the day - though I have a decent travel tankard I take everywhere and they happily fill that up! Hotel is not close to much in the way of facilities, we are going exploring today and it looks like busier areas are a couple of miles walk away which we are happy to do. Overall, you do get what you pay for but this is certainly a good experience so far.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. I’ve honestly never seen a hotel kept so clean — everything was immaculate from the lobby to the rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We stayed in the Executive Suite with a sea view, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a lifesaver in the heat, and we always had hot water with no issues at all. The food and drinks were lovely, and the views overlooking the beach were amazing, especially in the evenings. The location was also perfect — only around a 10-minute drive from Rhodes Old Town, making it easy to explore while still enjoying a relaxing beachfront stay. Me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely return in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special

Was so looking forward to this hotel but it was ruined on arrival by the reception man who was not interested on explaining everything or providing information. This set the tone.all he wanted was the 100 euro. The room was on the first floor and the lift didn't take us anywhere near as we had to climb quite a few steps twice with heavy luggage. The room smelled of drains and when he shower was used the soap suds came up to the surface of the bathroom floor from the drain. The pool was beyond freezing and could not be used. The food was basic and nothing to brag about, so much so we went out one night to have a break from the same old stuff. Also if hard board you do not get a drink with your meal. It states there is a safe to use but they don't say that you have to pay an extra charge to hire it. The positive was that the rest of the staff were really nice especially George in the restaurant Needless to say I won't be visiting thos hotel again but I will definitely visit Rhodes
