Belair Beach Hotel

Very clean hotel Great entertainment with alex and bob. Bar staff.super Plenty of sunbeds (although very low to ground) Weather out of 7 days 5 good 2 poor

Were on our last day of a 2 wk stay here @belair had a lovely time. We were Half Board. Rooms- the rooms are basic, clean and spacious we were on the 3rd floor facing the quieter pool and with a sea view. The rooms are cleaned everyday. We had 3 single beds in the room and out of the 3 mattresses only one was comfortable the other 2 were awful so hard to sleep on. Pools- were in good condition but was so cold to swim in but plenty of sun loungers we actually spent most of time out of hotel. Food- as we were half board Breakfast was included with drinks. Then we were offered to either have lunch or Dinner but without drinks obviously, food was ok could always get something to eat. The only thing as our drinks weren't included we paid for drinks and always felt like some of the staff thought you was going to walk off without paying. Staff- All the staff were lovely and very friendly especially the restaurant staff. Beach & Location- The beach is right in front of hotel over a busy road its not the best beach actually quite a scruffy beach seemed like a dumping ground, rough pebbled not really sandy beach, but was peaceful, the sea was beautiful and actually warmer than the pools. Would recommend beach shoes to get in the sea. The hotel is in a great spot plenty of bars/restaurants shops. Bus route which is about every 20 mins to rhodes old town which is well worth a visit beautiful place we went a couple of times. Then back up the strip loads more places to eat get drinks. We also went over to turkey on the ferry for 2 days been there before just visiting family. The hotel itself was very clean and lovely, one thing we did notice was the Lobby bar area near reception always smelt like someone had a bad stomach it was the same smell all the time. All in all lovely place plenty to see great for walking around locals were all lovely people. We had sunshine and a relaxing break.

An excellent hotel, very good service from polite and friendly staff, receptionists, house keeping and catering. very clean hotel and fantastic location. good sized rooms, excellent swimming pools. Good atmosphere all around. Would definitely go there again.

Wouldn’t consider staying here again. While there are a fair few positives - executive rooms spacious with lovely view, nice bathroom, all immaculately clean, lively and quiet pools, there were just too many aspects we didn’t like. First and foremost the dining room is terrible, food very average and not sure who is in charge but whatever time we wanted to eat it was packed so we ended up wandering around trying to find an empty table, no idea what they do in peak season. Cleaning staff were friendly, other staff hit and miss and often appeared stressed. All inclusive is absolutely not worth it, loads of extras to pay for (including ‘premium’ soft drinks because the included ones were nasty) ate out mostly because of dining room atmosphere & the school/work canteen vibe of it. Never spent so much money when on an all inclusive holiday!

Don’t waste your time, Arrived the first week in October 2026, two gents on reception were a bit abrupt, gave us a sheet of paper with some key details about our all inclusive, and pointed out the back over the pool to where we would find our room, Room was clean and fresh, chamber maids were lovely, Unfortunately this did not relay across to the remaining hotel staff, Main pool bar staff were never off their phones, and slow, the tables were never cleaned, then at the end of the week they put out a jar asking for tips. Here’s a tip ladies, try smiling and being nice to the guests and perhaps you won’t need to ask for tips. Toilets at the main pool area were spotless, which cannot be said for the quieter back bar, they were not well maintained with locks hanging off the doors. Food in the restaurant was not very Greek, Bland and repetitive, Staff were abrupt and turned off the water dispensers at lunch and dinner that were available during breakfast, forcing you to use them as wait staff where they also tried to upsell to bottled water and premium drinks, We went to the restaurant every night and chose to walk out and dine outside 4 times. Not ideal when you have paid for all inclusive. Burger night in the restaurant,- stone cold burgers, No wonder there’s been an outbreak of vomiting at the hotel, Overall clean rooms, restaurant was terrible, Pools were clean but loungers were dated and a lot of them broken or damaged. Staff were unfriendly, with the exception of the room cleaning staff, Location of the hotel is around 55 minute walk to the old town, with around 20 restaurants within a 20 minute walk. We would not return here, hotel just wasn’t very Greek.
