The hotel team and specially the entertainment team was great, the children enjoy every day at the evening party.

⭐ 2 STAR — 4-star hotel? Absolutely not. We paid a lot of money for what was advertised as a 4-star hotel and honestly feel we received a 1-star experience. Our room was disgusting — dirty towels, mouldy bedding, cracked and peeling bath enamel, mould around the shower, no extractor fan in the toilet and a TV that didn’t work. The air conditioning barely worked and our room was 32°C on the first night, taking two days to get down to around 25°C. The room was also never cleaned during our stay, and we only received clean towels once. Wi-Fi was practically unusable anywhere except reception. We complained to reception for three days in a row and were repeatedly told to come back the next day. We were even told we had another room available, only to be told the following day that the receptionist knew nothing about it. The pool in the Relax area was filthy, with grime and scum around the edges, and there was a loud generator running nearby. Food was regularly cold and repetitive, while the snack bar offered stale sandwiches and tiny pastries. The drinks were basic/local with no option to upgrade, and the water from the bars tasted extremely strange. Things were so bad that we actually started looking for alternative accommodation during our holiday, despite already paying for this hotel. We also overheard other guests making similar complaints. We contacted Lastminute.com (our booking agrent) about everything and were told we would receive a response within 24 hours. We never received a response at all. No update, no resolution and no support while we were stuck dealing with these problems ourselves. The only positive was the friendly entertainment staff. This hotel is absolutely not what we expected from a 4-star property and we would not recommend it or return.

We stayed at Delfinia Resort for 2 weeks from 18/07/26 to 01/08/26. First thing I will say although it advertises as a 4 start hotel I can say with confidence it most certainly isn’t, 3 star would be more appropriate. The staff’ Animation team- Theo, Marketa and Mikey (who sadly left) during our stay were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do anymore for you. Really nice young people. The same can be said for Radi the Pool Bar Waiter who was one of the nicest and most helpful people you could wish to meet. Francis the lifeguard will get a lot of flack from some guests for being a little keen on the whistle and will divide opinion however he is dam good at his job and has the best interests of the children at heart and is a nice man. Although the resort only has the one buffet restaurant I have to say the food was absolutely outstanding and did not disappoint. However I must add it took a complaint from me to the general manager after a week of being there for the tables to be cleaned and disinfected as this did not happen once during the first week. Every trolley station then had a bottle of disinfectant for the second week. Sadly the tables around the pool were never cleaned in 2 weeks and the relaxation pool was very dirty. Our room- 311 was only properly cleaned once during our stay and the bedsheets were only changed twice. I know this as our bedsheet had a bloodstain on it. New towels were never handed out/left in the room so these had to be requested from reception. I believe if you stayed in the rooms to the right of the main pool then this wasn’t a problem as 2 ladies were doing a fantastic job of cleaning the rooms daily however our room to the left of the pool were cleaned daily by 2 older men who clearly didn’t know what they were doing and was left to be desired to put it politely . A week at this resort is more than ample, especially with the centre of Kolympia on your door step with so many lovely restaurants and bars to choose from if were to go self catering. What sets Greece apart for us as a family are the lovely people who can’t do enough for you. We would definitely go back to Rhodes and Kolympia in particular however we would choose a different and bigger resort with a choice of different pools and A La Carte restaurants that is better maintained

We chose this hotel for our holiday as a couple, and it turned out to be the best choice we could have made! ❤️ We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The entire staff deserves a gold medal for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. We would especially like to mention Asia from the reception — she was absolutely wonderful and made us feel so welcome! ❤️ A special shout-out also goes to the amazing hotel animation team. The animators were fantastic, full of positive energy, and truly made our stay even more enjoyable! If you have the opportunity to stay at this hotel, don’t hesitate for a second — you will not regret it! We will miss the wonderful moments we spent here and this beautiful place so much. We had a lovely week stay at Delfinia reort. We had a beautiful room 205.. Clean, modern and plenty space for a family of 4. Although they kept forgetting to leave clean towels. The hotel its self is lovely however we found improvement could be made to food - very reputative. This is the 1st all inclusive hotel we have ever been to without a snack bar, they do have what they call a snack bar at bar area but serves cold pastries and the odd sausage roll. Advertised online and even in hotel itself is a gyros bar which would have been lovely but nothing of the sort. Entertainment team worked hard but could not always hear them and we felt a bit left out as activities at certain times not advertised well. Evening entertainment was great when they had outside acts. the dance group on our last night were brilliant and then earlier in the week a couple who sang on stage - other than that just a quiz or bingo along with mini disco. Overall I would say a 3 star - we would have liked more food choice and more entertainment acts. Would not return.
