The hotel and all the staff are fantastic. The entertainment team are amazing. It’s a shame the music around the main pool couldn’t be a bit louder as it gets everyone involved in what’s going on.Micky and the girls and the guy get everyone up dancing and playing water polo. The lifeguard Francis is absolutely amazing keeping everyone in the pool safe and coping with any first aid needed. WELL DONE The Delfinia Resort .

We stayed at this hotel for a week with our family and a group of friends. The villa itself was modern and looked nice, but it was not very well equipped. There were just a couple of glasses, (nothing to wash them with, since the cleaning stuff didn’t do it) almost no cupboard space or hangers, and nowhere to hang wet towels or swimwear. After we asked, the hotel provided a drying rack, which was appreciated. Despite these minor shortcomings, I could see myself staying in one of the villas again, if it wasnt for the evening enternaiment that wouldnt let us sleep. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue throughout the property. The common pool areas were often covered with litter and plastic cups, and the sunbeds were old and worn out to the point where we didn’t really want to use them. Housekeeping in the villa was also quite superficial. Areas under the beds and stairs were full of dust and dirt, and the outdoor bins were not emptied for almost a week until we specifically requested it. They did empty it right away after we requested, so that was positive. Some of the towels were torn and worn, which didn’t cause any real inconvenience but certainly didn’t create a good impression. However, the biggest downside was without question the noise. Every evening there was extremely loud music and a DJ performing until at least 11 p.m. The DJ was constantly shouting into the microphone and it was so loud! If you are hoping for a relaxing holiday, want to go to bed early, or are travelling with young children, it is impossible to get any peace and quiet before 11 p.m. A few nights with the loud music and screaming would have been ok, but it was every night. There were very few Greek staff members working at the hotel, and we did not meet almost anyone who even spoke Greek. In our opinion, this was reflected in both the level of customer service and the overall attention to cleanliness and detail. The food was average at best and on some days quite disappointing, although considering the price, our expectations were not particularly high. Overall, this is definitely not a four-star hotel. The property has potential, but the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and excessive noise made our stay far less enjoyable than we had hoped.

We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention goes to Kosmas, the bartender – an absolute top guy! Friendly, energetic, and highly skilled, he always made us feel welcome and prepared excellent drinks. His positive attitude really made our holiday even better. Another special thank you to Altin – a fantastic guy, very polite, attentive, and always willing to help. A true gentleman who goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Congratulations to the whole team for their outstanding service. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect holiday experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic entertainment.The staff are so friendly and always happy to chat.Love to get guests involved in the fun.Special shout out to Mikey who made us feel at home and was great fun,excellent dj skills too!

the area was great right in the center of restaurants and nice bars and shops with great selection. Mikey at the hotel was great entertainment every night with something different happening daily, brought a constant good vibe and really gave life to the atmosphere making sure people had a good time and everyone was involved. The food selection was somewhat scarce in choice but the food offered was very good in quality and taste.
