Let's start with the positives: the staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is a problem for the reception staff. The entertainment team are fantastic too. Unfortunately that's the positives finished with. I spent two weeks at what was advertised by easyJet as a 4 star hotel. Talk about misleading. At best it's a 3 star and a budget 3 star at that. The hotel is dated. Everything in it is rock bottom from the alcohol to the food to the internet. Alcohol is non branded and watered down. Most of the vegetables taste like they are from a can and offer zero nutrition. The internet. Best works between 2am and 7am when everyone else is asleep. During the day it comes for 2 mins and disappears. You might as well be off-grid. Some of the rooms are dated. Old wardrobes. Old bathrooms. Old tiles. No extraction fans. Hairdryers over heat and smell like they are burning . Aircon barely works. At night the heat is stifling. Ants and cockroaches made an appearance. Some rooms are not designed for more than 2 people and yet two camp beds with inch thick mattresses are squeezed in to try to accommodate a family of four. One small pool with two small slides. Insufficient beds for the amount of guests and some of the beds are made of hardened plastic that become uncomfortable in a short space of time. There is an small adults only pool and two baby pools. None are of great size. The food. Each day there was a fresh supply of salad items. Each day the kids food consisted of chicken nuggets, fish fingers and onion rings. 'Specialty' nights were Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. With the exception of perhaps one maybe two dishes, the food was the same every single night. Always spag bol. Always pizza. Always chips. Always smoked sausage. Always rigatoni pasta. Always rice. Always some form of aubergine. The desserts never changed. Some sort of sponge and cream with a jelly topping. Baklava that instead of being crisp, had lay for too long in honey and was a soggy mess. Watermelon, kiwi, orange segments and nectarine. In the easyJet description there was a mention of gyros at the snack bar daily. Stale sandwiches and something that resembled a child's attempt at a sausage roll was the daily offerings. As I said the staff tried their best however the hotel Manager was frequently heard having heated arguments with his staff. Very unprofessional and added to the lack of finesse of the hotel. Overall, everything seems to be the cheapest option available. I would never return to this hotel nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. There are much better hotels in the immediate area. I would return to the island. It's a beautiful island and the locals are incredibly hospitable.

Our stay at Delfinia Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with comfortable rooms, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that truly allows you to unwind. The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options every day, and the overall service exceeded all expectations. Every member of the staff contributed to making our experience unforgettable. A very special thank you goes to Kosmas at the bar, whose kindness, positive energy, and attention to detail made every moment even more enjoyable. His friendly attitude and great service truly stood out. We would also like to express our deepest gratitude to the General Manager, Antonio, and his wife. Their dedication, professionalism, and personal touch are clearly reflected in every aspect of the resort. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their guests and work tirelessly to create such a high standard of excellence. Thank you all for an amazing experience—we cannot wait to return!
