Eden Roc

The service was incredible, especially pointing out Rialena, Tsampikos, Maria, Yoana, all the reception & guest relations team really, Panayotis, Silvena and Rosen from the restaurant Meze. The weather was not so warm so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy facilities like the pools and water slides or go into the sea. We sat at the beach which is very relaxing and nice and had very good cocktails made by Max at the main bar, who was very pleasant and nice. The staff was extremely welcoming and kid-friendly, they suggested all kinds of activities for my 3.5 year old son, and there was even a pizza making activity on Saturday, as well as the cute kids' club and it's head, who was super nice and gentle with the kids in the club. One thing I should mention is that the amenities in the room needed a bit of maintenance and the water in the bath were not as hot as we expected, but the maintenance team made sure to fix everything we brought to the reception's attention. All in all, it is a very good resort, wonderful service, really good food and a pleasant, relaxing ambiance.

Loved every second of the holiday, the staff are the most helpful and friendly i have ever come across before. Highly recommended place to stay.

It has been the most amazing hotel the staff are wonderful with particular mention to Rialena, Tsampikos on guest relations, valasina our lovely waitress, our teppanyaki chef and George on the champagne bar. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay x x x
