We really enjoyed our time also really good value for money. Set in a beautiful bay on the beach and the pool area is lovely. All the staff were lovely - special mention to Sibel who worked on the cocktail bar in the evenings, she makes amazing cocktails and always a friendly face. Downsides are - the rooms are outdated including the hallways and reception, cleaners wern’t the best either as they never took away empty water bottles. Most of the resturants are lovely (especially tepanyaki and miraflores) however some resturants wern’t so great, and breakfast buffet selection could be alot better. Overall we had a lovely trip and would definitely come back if prices stayed the same as what we paid.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another Amazing Stay! As returning guests, we had high expectations coming back, and once again this hotel has exceeded every one of them. We are currently enjoying another wonderful stay here and it truly feels like coming home. The location is perfect, close to various hotspots in the area, the hotel is beautiful and immaculately maintained, very clean and the atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. Our room (executive suite) is the best room we have ever stayed in! Amazing! The food has been fantastic throughout our stay, with an excellent variety and something different to enjoy every day. Every meal is fresh, delicious, and clearly prepared with great care. The facilities are excellent, and everything is designed to make guests feel comfortable and looked after. The value for money is incredible! Children are welcomed and are treated like family by staff, something really important to us. The biggest reason we keep coming back, however, is the people. A special thank you to Rialena, Tsampicos, and Elena, and ALL Eden roc staff who have all been exceptional. Their friendliness, kindness, and genuine care for guests make such a difference. They always greet us with a smile, take the time to chat, and go above and beyond to ensure everyone has the best possible holiday. They are a huge credit to the hotel and one of the many reasons we love returning. What makes this place so special is that it doesn’t just feel like a hotel—it feels like somewhere you’re genuinely welcomed and valued. Returning here has reminded us exactly why we chose to come back, and we’re already hoping we’ll be back again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable holiday. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Rhodes.

third visit to Eden Roc, and once again it exceeded expectations. It remains an outstanding resort with a consistently high standard in every area. The resort is impeccably clean throughout, and the staff are consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, which makes a real difference to the overall experience. The all-inclusive offering is excellent, with something to suit everyone. The à la carte restaurants are a real highlight, offering high-quality dining. Drinks are also of a very high standard, with beautifully crafted cocktails and mocktails that stand out compared to many other resorts. Since our last visit, the resort has clearly been upgraded. The pool areas are stunning, featuring stylish loungers, bean bags, and beautifully designed tiled surroundings that create a calm, relaxing, almost zen-like atmosphere. The main pool, now an infinity pool, is particularly impressive. The private beach area is another standout feature, with beach bars, restaurants, and live music on selected days, adding a lovely atmosphere during the day. It is also great to see an on-site shop that is reasonably priced, which is not always the case in similar resorts. The buffet restaurant is open, airy, and well laid out, with consistently fresh and hot food available at all meal times. Overall, Eden Roc continues to impress and is ideal for an all-inclusive family holiday. We would highly recommend it and will definitely return again.

Firstly this hotel is not a 5 star experience. We booked a standard double room with a child's bed for our 5 year old and a cot for our 9 month old. However by the time the holiday came round he would not sleep in a cot and cosleeps with me at home (with husband in a different room). As soon as we arrived we enquired about getting a bigger room. We were more than happy to pay for this upgrade. We were told only the suite was available for one night then we would need to move. The executive suite was very disappointing, it was tired looking and small. Definitely would not pay the price they're asking. Our actual room was two single beds pushed together which was NOT safe for our baby, he could have easily fallen down the middle/got stuck. I didn't get much sleep the whole time I was there as I was sharing a single bed with a baby (used to a EU king at home so it was an experience). At the end of our stay the hotel staff said they wish we would have told them as they would have moved us (but we were told there was no availability?!?). Anyway the rooms are very small and corridors are loud until late. The lift is TINY (4 people max) and we had to get it because of the pushchair. It was also broken and went to the third floor every single time (this seems like an easy fix but it wasn't fixed while we were there). - if you like queuing then this is the resort for you. Queues at every bar and no self service for anything anywhere. Never had to queue for ice cream before. It's so inefficient. I don't drink so it was a pain queueing for water too as lots of cocktails were being made. My husband said the alcoholic drinks were very weak and watered down. - the food. This was our biggest issue and the main reason why we wouldn't return. The buffet food is vile. Bread sticks were soggy! The chicken tikka was white (??). And very little local Greek food served. The olives were horrible which was disappointing as Greece is known for nice ones. They had two kids options but they were almost always pasta or potato smileys. Kids should be offered nutritious food too. Couldn't give kids the main buffet as it was so salty and oily. We tried booking the restaurants as soon as we arrived but were told they're all fully booked except 8.40pm onwards. We learnt the day before leaving that if you kick off about this they magically find space for you. The Asian food was decent enough. It felt like the best food I'd ever had after enduring the buffet for so long. Cone is the best place for breakfast but we only discovered this the day before we left too. We tried it at lunch one and did not enjoy the burgers despite queuing for 40 minutes. Tasted like cheap processed meat. The beach restaurants were probably the best - gyros were ok. The patisserie is an absolute shambles. See attached photo of a "greek salad". My 5 year old could make a better salad than that. The bakes tasted fake - would like to know the ingredients unless they're just frozen for a long time? The ice cream was sticky and strange texture. They didn't have vanilla when we wanted it so got mango sorbet and it tasted of chemicals so didn't eat it. - beach is shale. It's probably the worst beach I've been to but my standards are high. It was full of cigarette butts. Was horrible to walk/sit on. The water is beautifully clear though and was fantastic for swimming in. - gift shop is decent. Sells everything you might need and prices are ok. - beware of the Facebook group that does not accept any criticism of the resort. It provides a fake view of the hotel. They seem very interested in getting feedback at the hotel but don't seem to do much about it? The food in the buffet could easily be improved. - hotel staff are very friendly overall and good with kids. - pools are poor. They're saltwater and freezing. We used them once. The main pool just has people sunbathing around it and was very quiet (not many children). Then there is a toddler pool which is shin deep (could do with a sprinkler or something fun in there!). The waterslides are out of the way and small. You have to get a sunbed early if you want one at the main pool. - mini disco is very repetitive. They do the same songs every night pretty much. Other entertainment is just singing. - bubble park was enjoyable and good fun. - we took a taxi to Rhodes and it was more expensive compared to the taxi we got back to the hotel. Also had no option to book a car seat via the hotel taxi. Seems odd but that's what they told me. - we would not return here - we've done all inclusives in Crete and Tenerife and this is the worst we've stayed at. If you've made it this far and followed by ramblings, well done! I'd look for somewhere nicer, which is what we'll be doing next year.

Lovely hotel, the atmosphere was brilliant. We had a spacious sea view room in the main building, right next to all the amenities. Rooms were cleaned every day. They were in a perfect area for our needs. Service from the reception, restaurants and bars were very good, especially the cocktail bar and the pool bar. Entertainment was fab. The pool area and my favourite the beach area were cleaned to a high standard. The staff were very meticulous, so well done to them. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to return in the future.
