Eden Roc

Kids had a fab time at kids club! Emily and Saida were particular favourites and the kids couldn’t wait to get there each afternoon even at age 11 and 8! Excellent hotel all round. Loved the 800 lounge and Nicos too! Highly recommend!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Edec Roc in August 26. This was our first visit and most certainly wont be our last, in fact we are looking at rebooking for next year again!! This hotel has so much to boast about! Its wonderful dining facilities on offer - these do need to be booked in advance, so suggest doing as soon as you arrive via the app, if not available speak to customer service they are super helpful! We managed to go to 4 of the 7 but loved the external restaurant which is on offer so ended up going there twice! My kids who are 10 and 15 experience new tastes and really expanded there pallets. Although kids menu's are available in all al la carte restaurants as well which is super helpful. The staff are amazing, friendly and professional at all time and always with a smile. The hotel is clean, very clean the amount of times we kept commenting about the cleanliness around resort was alot. It always a task for a big resort to keep on top of things like that, but at Eden Roc they do. The pools are great and plenty of space and loungers, we alternated between pool days and beach days as we loved the beach as well, the bay is calm and the water sports are great as well if you are into that sort of thing. Plenty of activities to get on with, we booked the padel court twice which was nice, my daughter had a teen massage which was reasonably priced. We had a beautiful room, we upgraded to the Royal Suite as we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary as well, which was a real treat. The sunrise is something worth getting up for, we did most mornings and so glad we did, absolutely stunning. Outside of the hotel there is plenty to do, not far from Rhodes town, the old town is a must, and we did a speed boat trip to Symi which was great, not too long. All in all we had a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back to this stunning island!

Excellent holiday. Bungalow a bit dated with unfinished painting but was ok. Animation team were brilliant. Food superb with lots of different restaurants. Overall great holiday.

We had the a fantastic weeks family holiday staying at Eden Roc. Our party was 5 adults and 2 children staying in 2 pool view bungalows. We had access to the 800 lounge/pool that was a big bonus. Resort is beautiful and the drinks were great (especially the speciality restaurants). We enjoyed our holiday so much we booked for next year within 24hrs of returning home. The only negative is having to queue 10/15 mins for drinks due to not having enough staff. Special shout out to Tsampikos on guest relations for sorting restaurants on arrival.

We have just returned from around our 5th visit to Eden Roc, and once again, it has been every bit as wonderful as it has always been. It really is a special place, and the fact that we keep coming back says it all! The reception team — Spivos, Maria and Aadreas — are always so kind, welcoming and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they always go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. A special mention also has to go to Tsxmbikos in Guest Relations, who goes absolutely above and beyond to help. As we have two rooms, we aren’t able to book the restaurants through the app, but Tsxmbikos always works incredibly hard to get us booked into the restaurants we would like. His help is very much appreciated. The entertainment this year has also been wonderful, with some evenings featuring fantastic West End singers — a real highlight and a lovely way to spend the evening. The bar staff deserve a special mention too, particularly the team at the beach bar during the day and the evening bar staff in the main hotel. They work so hard, yet are always smiling, friendly and happy to have a chat. Their service really adds to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, particularly Miraflower and the Italian, both of which were wonderful. Overall, another fantastic stay at Eden Roc. The standards, service and warmth remain as good as ever, and we are already looking forward to coming back again. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️
