Eden Roc

This is our 4th time at the resort and once again it was a fantastic 10 night holiday. All the staff work really hard to make the holiday special and its particularly nice that they remember you from previous years and what you like. Special mention to George in the C&W bar and Alex down at the beach bar ( and his colleague). Food all amazing. Whilst sat on the beach we decided that next year we would actually try somewhere else and booked Bulgaria for June. Back here for 2 weeks and we can't not go back so we've booked September instead.

We had a fantastic stay at Eden Roc Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a holiday here. A special mention has to go to Rena Palaiologou, Front of House Manager, who was exceptional throughout our stay. She genuinely went above and beyond to make our trip as enjoyable as possible, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us. The hotel offers a great range of dining options. The à la carte restaurants for breakfast and lunch are a real highlight, and there's no need to book, which is very convenient. Dinner reservations can be difficult to secure, so it's worth booking as early as possible, but the food is outstanding and absolutely worth it. Every meal we had was excellent and couldn't be faulted. The facilities are also very good. It's clear the hotel has invested in upgrading areas such as the sun loungers and poolside areas, creating a comfortable environment for guests. The hotel's location is another big advantage. It's approximately 15 minutes from Rhodes Old Town and around 25 minutes from the airport, making it a great base for both exploring the island and enjoying a relaxing holiday. If you're considering which room to book, it's worth thinking about the location within the resort. The main hotel block can be quite noisy in the evenings due to the entertainment programme. If you prefer a quieter stay, I'd recommend choosing one of the bungalows or the Club 800 area, which offer a more peaceful atmosphere while still being close to all the facilities. The evening entertainment was enjoyable overall. Our children loved the Mini Disco, although after 10 nights it did become quite repetitive, and introducing more variety or a different format would improve the experience. Similarly, the main evening entertainment was heavily focused on singers—we only had one evening featuring dancers during our stay. A broader mix of performances would be welcome for guests staying longer. The staff were, in general, friendly and hardworking. A special thank you to Maria in the Cove Restaurant, who always remembered our children's orders and consistently made sure we were well looked after. Her attention to detail and warm service really stood out. The only area that could be improved is the bar service. There appeared to be limited staff working the bars, which often resulted in long queues. As we visited outside of peak season, it did make us wonder how busy this might become during the height of summer. In terms of cleanliness, we found the hotel to be well maintained overall. The housekeeping team worked hard to keep the resort clean, although, as with many all-inclusive hotels, some guests didn't always tidy up after themselves around the pool and communal areas, which occasionally affected the overall appearance. In terms of value for money, you really do get what you pay for. Guests who upgrade to higher room categories will enjoy more modern accommodation and additional comforts, while the standard rooms provide everything you need if you're simply looking for a comfortable place to sleep after making the most of the hotel's facilities. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday. The excellent service, fantastic food, quality facilities and convenient location far outweighed the few minor areas for improvement. A huge thank you again to Rena Palaiologou and Maria for making our stay so memorable. We would happily recommend Eden Roc Hotel and would certainly consider returning in the future.

Had a really lovely 10 nights stay at Eden Roc with our 4 and 1 year old. Club 800 was a lovely perk and Nicos is amazing poolside and with the kids as were the other staff at 800. The cooled cabins with the kids club are a welcome break from the sun and Sofiana Yota and Emily were all so patient when our kids were not sure at the start, thank you so much for your time! The best all inclusive food we have tried and the rooms and communal areas are so clean, staff all welcoming. Would recommend. Thank you

Just got back from spending 9 nights here. I’d stayed in many 5* hotels and I personally would rate this 3.5-4*. Starting with the rooms, they are very small. There is no walk way from the bed and the dressing table. The bathroom is really small also. I would expect a lot bigger for the price you pay. The food is standard in the buffet, like all the other all inclusives. The restaurants were nice but they was hard to book a reservation. The cocktails were really lovely. During the day there is 1 bar staff and there can be ques up to 5-15people. On the evening/night time there is also ques as there isn’t enough staff. We spoken to a manager about this and they said since Covid they can’t get the staff? I’m not sure that is a good enough excuse due to Covid being 6yrs ago. Over all it was all very under staffed. There are 3 pools, 1 children’s pool, 1 shallow pool for children and 1 big pool which also allowed children in. If you’re a couple with no children I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to you. My partner had two incidents with one particular bar staff that seemed to pry on young girls making “special cocktails” and didn’t offer the same service to him and was overall quite arrogant and rude. The management seemed to of known who we were talking about as she described him so guessing there has been complaints before. I can’t quite see how this hotel is a 5 star unfortunately and we definitely won’t be back.

Second visit to this resort The new pool update is a definite plus lots of comfortable beds We enjoyed the alacarte restaurants especially the cone for breakfast. The staff are amazing The girl who works on the cocktail bar at night really knows how to mix a fab drink and George is great remembering which wine you like The queues at the bar are annoying especially if you want a wine from George and a beer from the main bar it takes a while and one person has to stay at your table so you don't lose it. I would like to try to return earlier or later in the season when it it a bit quieter.. A taxi in to Rhodes town was 16 euro each way and definitely a great day out .We also enjoyed walking along the beach and across the prom to the next bay along after all the lovely food
