First holiday without kids (now grown up). Was very good. Staff very friendly. Dobrin was exceptional in the way he handled one of our requests for help. George on the champagne bar was also great. Good choice of restaurants, some great food , some dishes were a little confused and unnecessarily over complicated I felt. Make sure you book restaurants immediately on arrival or even before if you can download the app in advance ?? Drinks were good although one choice of beer which was a bit weak. Overall great hotel and loved our stay.

Been holidaying at this resort for many years and it has just got better every year the facilities are absolutely fantastic set in the most stunning surroundings the food is excellent quality there is something for everyone lots of choice with so many restaurants to choose from the rooms are spacious modern and clean shampoo shower gel and a stocked mini bar included on arrival is a massive bonus but it is the staff who truly make this hotel special from the moment you arrive you are treated as a friend welcomed and looked after to such a high standard Rena, Maria and the reception team are simply outstanding in their service to everyone Food Many restaurant from grills to Asian and Italian my favourite was Mediterranean fine dining Nikos who looked after us gave the best service explaining menus and wine pairing with ease and confidence he gave the best Meal service of our holiday we truly felt looked after Day time much food is fantastic you can visit the seafood restaurant a burger restaurant and a Greek restaurant for giros and pizza or the main restaurant you will never go hungry here in fact bring two sizes of clothes Breakfast Is excellent our favourite was the cone al a carte breakfast next to the pool bar Maria is the best this lady will ensure you have whatever you need she is the most kind friendliest person you will meet but her efficiency is super no one waits to long she adapts to what you need and try’s to make sure everyone is looked after Drinks Excellent quality the main bar is beautiful and comfortable but does get a little busy only because the drinks are so good no one wants to go out the bar manager Nektarious is there constantly making sure everyone is looked after and his team is fully supported in ensuring our holiday is perfect from seating guests to covering the bar to just going round talking to everyone The champagne bar is a must George is simply fantastic he is so knowledgable and encourages you to try different things he is one the best bar staff I have come across ever his light humour and infectious smile whilst being so efficient with everyone so you don’t wait long for a drink definitely try this bar Entertainment Really good shows and singers at the main bar just limited seating outside to watch it singers on the beach at lunchtime are fab Pool areas The main pool has been renovated this year and is truly beautiful with spectacular views my only observation is the amount of sunbeds in this area leaves no room for personal space or much movement and gives the impression of very busy or crowded but the bottom pool is much better for this if you like it a bit quieter with more room so there is something for everyone and the beach is also available but we didn’t use the beach but did swim in the sea which is lovely and warm very clean the whole resort is immaculate they have staff just cleaning and sorting all day every day no need to bring beach towels as they are provided another massive plus On a whole this is the perfect holiday for everyone we have come with children and as couples and could not fault this resort in all our 15 years visiting the improvements made just elevate your stay we do go to other hotels during the year in various places and have yet to find somewhere that comes close to the facilities, service or quality here this is very close to perfect in our opinion

Would highly recommend this hotel just returned from a 10 day holiday wonderful location, lots of lovely food & wonderful Staff. Lovely beach with lots of sunbeds & towels provided will definitely be making a return trip

We just spent a full week at this resort, and honestly, it blew us away. The whole trip was an absolute blast and way better than we ever expected. If you're looking for a stress-free getaway, this is it. Here is the breakdown of why we loved it so much: The Rooms & Vibe: Our room was super clean and had plenty of space to relax. What surprised us was how peaceful and quiet the resort felt, even though there are three massive resorts sitting right next to each other. The Beach: The beach is beautiful, and all the services and amenities are just a short stroll away. Super convenient! Food (And lots of it): You will not go hungry here. There are multiple restaurants to choose from, the food is delicious, and it’s available pretty much constantly. Because of the variety, the meals never got boring. Top-Tier Bars: The bar game here is strong. They have an excellent selection of high-quality drinks, and you can get them almost 24/7. Superstar Staff: The service was next-level. Every single staff member we met was genuinely joyful, polite, and incredibly helpful. They really made us feel welcome. Activity Overload: If you get bored here, that’s on you! We tried pretty much everything they had: padel, table tennis, hitting the gym, swimming, basketball, and even a game of chess. Evening Entertainment: We didn't actually check out the night programs ourselves, so we can't properly rate them, but from what we could see, everyone else seemed to be having a fantastic time. Final verdict: Highly, highly recommend this place. We had the best time and we are definitely going back there again someday!

This hotel has everything that you want. Fantastic staff and food. However, the parents of children forget how to parent while they are here. On numerous occasions the giant chess board was wrecked by unsupervised children. Children were allowed to run amuck in the al la carte restaurants, ruining the experience.
