Eden Roc

Food is great, the staff is very kind and hard working. The main bar and the bar manager they are very helpful, and norhin6is to much for them. The Peruvian restaurant and the MEDITERRANEAN is the the food selection, but all the resturant they have great food. Thank all for the great holidays

Firstly i’d like to say that this hotel is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for families. There was a lot of us and catered for all The food was absolutely insane the restaurant are great so delicious and around 7 to try We managed to try most of them but was really difficult to book and get into them all as they only allow a small amount of people in the restaurants each day so make sure to book. The swimming pool was the best i’ve been in absolutely huge and so deep so you can get all your laps in. Super clean and pool entertainers so lovely but not forceful on joining in which is nice when you don’t want to get involved all the time. We also loved the beach activities the watersports but the singing and bbqs too. Rooms where great huge bed great balcony and shower room however would have preferred not to have 2 single beds and they always moved apart which can get annoying. Cleaners were always in every day and did a great job. I also treated myself to a massage, unfortunately i was on a day whilst they had a singer down the beach so it wasn’t overly calming and relaxing i also found the massage slightly basic only being said as i do this job myself. But was clean and staff very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately on this trip i did fall ill for 2 days again cant point fingers on why weather food or picked up a bug but these things happen and i was grateful to have enjoyed plenty of days beforehand. Couldn’t have asked for a better October break (2025). Hotel very clean, lovely food and drink, plenty to do for all. We played mini-golf, tennis and paddle on-site, all bookable on the app or at the front desk. Evening entertainment also very good. Staff were great, and all very helpful. Tsampikos from Guest Relations deserves a special mention, having sought some assistance from him a couple of times. His pleasant and helpful manner made us feel very valued guests. Definitely a place our group would like to visit again.

We visited Eden Roc for the second year running, back in June. I’m ashamed that it has taken this long to write a review as both our experiences were absolutely first class! The first thing to say is that all the staff are exceptionally kind and thoughtful - nearly all of them remembered us and our two children from the year before which was lovely. Every single member of staff will go the extra mile to help you day or night. Now the main reason we chose Eden Roc was because I am a coeliac so any gluten contamination would ruin my holiday!. If you are a coeliac rest assured this is the place to be!! The Head Chef ARTHURNASSUS ( aplologies if have spelled that incorrectly!) is an absolute legend!! He is in charge of all the restaurants. He and his assistant chefs were very attentive and always greeted me in the restaurant to make sure I was happy with what was on offer. But even better - they made me absolutely fantastic dishes, an amazing curry, streaks and stir frys - whatever I wanted - just for me! whenever I couldn’t find something I wanted (I am a bit fussy!). On one occasion my friend had the same as me even though he isn’t gluten free because it looked so good!. Nothing was too much trouble. There are six restaurants all of which have amazing gluten free options. I have never felt safer. All coeliacs will know the anxiety you feel when you go in to a new restaurant or hotel - but you can relax at Eden Roc - they are superb!! As for the rest of the hotel - the pictures don't do it justice. It has everything - a nice beach where it's safe to swim out to the rocks. A big pool that was never crowded and brilliant slides for the kids. Without a doubt the best family holidays we’ve ever had! Thank you Eden Roc. One day we will be back.

We came to Eden Roc in September for the first time . First time to Rhodes so did lots of research on Hotels and came across this one .. Reviews for most part were really good. Really close to Rhodes old Town 15mins in a taxi . So we booked then I joined the Facebook page where you can find lots of great information on the Hotel and surrounding area etc. Well what can I say , the best all inclusive we have ever been too not only is the buffet restaurant top class . But you can book to go to several restaurants italian,teppanyaki, Peruvian etc. 7 altogether on site .On the exclusivi App once you check in and are given a code ..So it felt like we were going out on a date night every night even though we were still in the Hotel . The staff in all the areas were super friendly and helpful which made the holiday ... We loved it and had the most amazing relaxing time. So we arrived back in the cold wet uk and had fully decided that maybe we would have a stay cation in the UK in 2026 , think we lasted 3 weeks and looked at each other and well we did it! booked to come back next year !!! We can't wait to go back...see you in September x
