Electra Palace Rhodes

Beautiful hotel. Sport and animation with the lovely and talented Christina was wonderful. The Personal of the reception are very nice . We wanted horse riding, they booked for us. Food is great, différents restaurants in the hotel. The pool is very nice. Their is a private beach to relaxe . The spa is very good as well. Made a great massage with a professional therapist. They propose theirs creams for sale, they are good as well. Tree nights with my daughter's in this wonderful hotel was great. Waiting for our transfer to the airport that is proposed as well

Whole holiday was amazing. We were initially worried after reading trip advisor and some dodgey reviews, however the place is perfect. Location, food, drink, service spot on. Booked to go back to day we left. Would thoroughly recommend anybody looking at this hotel to book it

I can’t go over everything but if I don’t mention it then it means it was very good 9/10 but there are a couple of exceptional points. First I will say the hotels location is near nothing else which we like to visit most evenings just to people watch ,so that was a little disappointing but not the hotels fault. Second the point about the planes is true but I rather liked that. Right here goes the exceptional ..,..,.sun bed availability . I have never been anywhere where there hasn’t been some sort of sun bed scramble but here there was none and if there was any bed blocking the hotel quietly dealt with it and I think that helped. Secondly ……Food …… best I experienced at an AI . Now for the not so good …… Drinks And Bars …..The hotel really need to take notice of the negative comments on here and also the app is not fit for purpose even when working. It also went down 3 times whilst we were there and we sat there like melons without knowing . They need more bar staff also …. The beach bar shutting before six is also out of order ….it says 6 so it should be six !!!!!

Pros: - Lovely sea view room, house keeping did a good job cleaning the room on a daily basis and topping up the mini bar. - Reception staff were very friendly and helped us with with any requests we had, we moved rooms due to some issues they had on the first night and 'lost' our toilet bag which was later retrieved. - Hotel is well maintained and kept clean inside and outside. The manager did regular inspections and everyone we really friendly. - The only drinks that was decent was the Hugo and Aperol Spritz. - Speciality restaurants: we managed to get into them all which was a lovely treat. The Greek was our favourite! - Food - a good variety, freshly made, I especially loved the fish and salads. Cons: - Drinks: ordering drinks through the app was very slow and like the other reviews the cocktails were really sweet and not freshly made. - Air traffic noise: The hotel is on the landing path for flights into Rhodes and it is very loud, it was a little disruptive especially in a big group as we had to cut conversation when a plane flew over. On the flip side it was great only being 10-15 mins to the airport on arrival and departure. - Very windy. I put this as a Con but actually we liked the breeze however it could be a problem if it isn't very hot and could be very cold. Despite the Cons I do think this hotel is a 5 star, some small things let it down but we really had a good time, the staff work really hard and I would recommend it!

I really recommend doing a message in there S.p.a. ask for Fenia she is very professional she will give you a very good massage. Thank you
