Esperos Palace

Spent 10 days at Esperos in April and really enjoyed ourselves and the hotel Our first couple of visits to the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was spoilt by a very rude waitress called Maria who was aggressive and rude to us. We made sure we sat in a different area for future meals and were blessed to have Amelia be our waitress for the rest of the trip. She was incredibly attentive, welcoming and knew our coffee order every morning :) She delivered 5* service day after day. Christoph was also very helpful during our stay. The pool was nice and we had no problem getting a big lounger each day. The staff worked very hard all week to repair the resort after the damage from the storm the day before we arrived. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you to Rhodes old town in 20 minutes. It’s easy to navigate and only €2.50 for a single trip. The only negative is gym facilities aren’t very good and in the same room as the indoor pool making it pretty hot. Would definitely go back to Esperos for future visits to Rhodes.

I had a fantastic time at Esperos Palace. The hotel's beach is accessible right from the garden and pool area. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas which are free to use. I had never had problem finding one for myself. The beach is clean, and the pools are nice, I liked the lazy river the most. The food is excellent, with good variety of greek and international dishes and thematic nights (asian, italian, etc). The room was spacious, had great air conditioning (altough a little noisy), and plenty of storage space ( shelves and wardrobe) which I really appreciated. The only inconvenience was the lift, there are only two of them and they move in an unpredictable way. I would almost alwayshad to wait if I wanted to use them.

Amazing hotel with fabulous staff ! Everyone are super friendly and positive. Big shout-out to young Front Desk Team who was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond many times and always took care of our 8 month old baby. They made our vacation so memorable! Big thank you to Stella from front desk ,who great us from very first day to the end with big smile and make sure we have everything that we need. Also life guard Theodoros is super friendly and nice, happy to help with some recommendations about the island and stuff to do. Huge thank yo Esperos Team, we will see you next Year ! The location was amazing and all the services were perfect, the pool never felt like it was busy which is amazing as the last thing you want is a pool with reserved sunbeds but never seemed to have that problem, the pool side service was also a massive bonus and very quick service. only downsides were the air conditioning was not that cold and sometimes felt pointless having it on, also Everytime we had a shower it would basically flood the bathroom, one member of staff on our first day at breakfast was really quite rude as well after standing up trying to find the coffee(not realising there was some next to me) she got quite close and even stood on my foot(no apology) and quite angrily told me to sit back down and there was some next to me, but this was completely a one off as the rest of the staff were very welcoming. Overall would come back again but maybe need a few updates.
