Location- fantastic location on the beach. Bus stop outside the hotel with buses coming every 20mins for Rhodes town (£2.50 single, takes 20-25 mins. ) and Falaraki (5 -10 mins) There is a boat stop on the beach beside hotel where you can get the red ferry to Rhodes (£10 single) which is lovely way to travel into Rhodes town harbour. Also very close for car hire. A couple of minutes walk. Very easy to hire and good selection of cars. Room- we had a beautiful panoramic room on 4th floor. Very spacious, very clean, beautiful bathroom. I would say the actual shower had curtain around which the water spilled out of floor so we ended up using the shower in the very large bath which was a bit tidier for us. No biggie. Good power showers in both shower and bath. Cleaners did fantastic job and very friendly. Sea View over pool and lazy river. Fabulous. Pool area- this was the selling point for us. There are two fantastic pools both right beside the beach so sea views all day! One pool area is busier with water aerobics and music. The other quieter. Pool toilets clean. The quieter pool has a great restaurant for lunches. Just ring the bell at your table for service. Had a lovely halloumi pitta bread and fries for£9. Didn’t tend to eat lunch but good to know it was there if we did or missed breakfast. There is a cafe at the busy pool for drinks and light snacks. Only used for drinks. We never had problem getting sunbed at any time of day. And there is a lazy river. Food- you won’t go hungry. There is something for everyone. breakfast has good selection of breads, fruit and many different flavours of yoghurts with a table of nuts, chia seeds etc different eggs, bacon and different types of foreign type sausages. No Irish sausages though! Lol Dinner- great selection of salads. Always a fish or two, salmon, sea bass, etc and will have beef, pork, chicken, all with tasty sauces. There’s is always pizza, chips, pasta too. My husband and I don’t really eat desserts when away in Spain or Portugal. Just don’t like them. However the Greek desserts are lovely. it was fun tasting all the mini desserts which there is a fabulous selection of. Very tasty and light. Bonus points at breakfast for having a bottle of HP sauce!! ( think I finished it this morning though!)lol When you arrive you will told you can eat in the on site burger bar one night instead of the hotel. We had a great experience and one member of staff stood out. Very friendly and helpful with trip suggestions.. can’t remember his name. Sorry! The burger night, is a set menu but you pick your burger. It’ll be soup, then mixture of shared starters which were all lovely then the tasty burger… then dessert. I would say you should do this for a change however the only improvement would be not to serve the food so quickly. Each course came within minutes of the last course. Activities/ Entertainment - we like doing our own thing and don’t really partake however there are activities and entertainment every day( except Fridays). I tried the water Zumba and aerobics classes which were great fun. There are yoga stretching type classes every morning about half ten. Darts competitions , mini golf competitions , ping pong, giant chess(which I might try later) there was a music quiz, bingo night etc. entertainment each night in the pool bar including Greek night which was fun. They had singers, abba night etc so plenty to do if you want to stay in your hotel. The entertainment staff were enthusiastic and fun and chatted to a lot of people. Shop- a very well stocked shop in hotel for alcohol, cigs, snacks, gifts, suncream etc which was very handy. All in all, this is a fantastic hotel. Staff amazing. Reception and pool , cleaning and dining staff all had smiles on their faces and could do enough for you. Would absolutely recommend and we will definitely pick this hotel again if we come back to sunny Rhodes.

We stayed at Esperos Palace during one of the most important weeks of our lives, our wedding in Rhodes, and we honestly could not have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, friendly and genuinely caring. You can feel that the people working here truly enjoy making guests happy. We were travelling with our dog Benji, and the way the hotel treated him completely won our hearts. He received his own gifts and everything he needed during our stay. The team even looked after him while we were having breakfast, which allowed us to relax and enjoy some time together. Benji absolutely loved everyone and was always excited to see his new friends. As a wonderful surprise, we were upgraded from a standard room to a beautiful suite. On the morning of my wedding, the hotel also brought complimentary sparkling wine and delicious treats while I was getting ready. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made an already special day feel even more magical. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and very well maintained. The views are stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and everywhere you look there is attention to detail. We also loved spending time by the pool. The service was fantastic, drinks and food were brought directly to our sunbeds and everything was always delivered with a smile. What we will remember most, however, is the warmth of the people. So many hotels are beautiful, but it is the staff who make a place unforgettable. Esperos Palace gave us memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We are already looking forward to returning for our wedding anniversary, and we cannot wait to create even more wonderful memories here.

Esperos Palace Resort, Half-board, 6-17 April 2026 family of 4 (3 adults and 1 teenager) in 2 twin rooms, booked as a package with EasyJet. • Resort - clean and tidy • Location - Quiet, direct access to clean beach, lots of sunbeds (with built-in tables) on beach and around the 2 pools and lazy river. • Rooms clean and tidy, great views from balconies facing sea • Shared facilities with Esperos Mare resort, couldn't use facilities at Esperides beach resort as it did not open until after we left. • Beach was very small pebbles, advise taking beach shoes. • Shop on site - good selection of cold drinks, rolls, and snacks, plus souvenirs - and all reasonably priced • Slightly cold wind most days, due to time of year, but easy enough to duck down low around Esperos Mare pool, so as not to get chilly. • Egg/day beds around Esperos Palace pool were good, but towels on beds reserving them too early • Indoor pool was small and warm, with exercise equipment around the side of the pool. Could be a little noisy if too many people inside. • Daytime entertainment was only around the Esperos Mare pool, which was good, as it meant that the lazy river area and the Esperos Palce pool were quiet. • Lovely waiters at breakfast and dinner • No loud music anywhere in Esperos Palace hotel side, so nice and quiet. Evening entertainment was based in Esperos Mare hotel side, so busy and noisy. • Not much to do in the area, at the time of year, which was fine by us • Water park across road not open until May • Worth a walk along coast past lots of big 4-5 star hotels to see the Kalithea springs • Good bus service to Faliraki and Lindos (worth a visit) • Faliraki - 30 minutes walk away, very very different vibe to Esperos Palace resort area Disappointing 1. Would have been nice to be offered a double bed and/or a conjoining room 2. Only 4-5 rings for lazy river, so not always any available, despite the freezing water. 3. Pools were freezing. 4. Facilities closed (Castello pool bar & restaurant, and Kafenion Restaurant), presumably because the season had only just started and it was not very busy, but it wasn't indicated on website, otherwise we would have booked all-inclusive instead. We had planned to have lunch (if we needed it) in the Castello pool bar, because the Esperos Mare resort pool bar was for all-inclusive and had very limited snacks only. 5. No fresh eggs at breakfast, only those cooked in big btaches in frying pan and then left to go cold on hot plate !. Had assumed there would be 'show dining' ie: someone cooking you fresh eggs/ omelettes / pancakes for breakfast, and freshly cooking meats and fish in the evening. 6. Wi-fi a bit patchy nearer the edges of the resort
