Gennadi Grand Resort

This is our second visit to Gennadi ( we last came 4 years ago), and we still love it, maybe even more than we did then. I love the hotel, it’s cleanliness (thanks to the hard work of the army of cleaners), the staff (they can’t do enough for you and are so tireless and friendly - even in stifling heat), the layout of the rooms, the pools, the food, everything is perfect. We will return, hopefully before another 4 years. We like to try different places and hotels, but we would return to Gennadi Grand Resort year after year without hesitation. There’s only one problem - we have to go home!

I think this was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Everything about Gennadi Grand Resort exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful, right by the sea with crystal-clear water and a Blue Flag beach. It was so relaxing to spend our days there. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and kept spotless throughout our stay. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the service was amazing. Every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Truly 10/10 service. One thing we especially loved was how peaceful the resort felt. There were not too many people, which made it even more enjoyable and relaxing. We stayed at the end of May, and for us the weather was perfect. We don't like extreme heat, so it was warm, sunny, and comfortable without being too hot. Overall, a fantastic hotel that we would happily return to. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Gennadi Grand Resort exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful design of the resort, the attention to detail, and the incredibly warm hospitality from every member of staff. The resort strikes the perfect balance between luxury and relaxation. The rooms are stylish and spacious, the pools are stunning and the beachfront setting creates the ideal atmosphere to switch off and enjoy Rhodes at a slower pace. We especially loved how peaceful the resort felt while still offering everything you could need for a memorable stay. The food was consistently excellent, with plenty of choice and high-quality ingredients across the restaurants. There is a main buffet and 3 restaurants which you can book on the app. Definitely recommend the steakhouse, incredible food with a lovely sunset view. Every area of the resort was immaculate and clearly very well maintained. As people who have visited luxury hotels and resorts, we can honestly say Gennadi Grand Resort is one of the most impressive properties we've experienced. The location of the property is perfect with its own well maintained clean beach with crystal clear water, where you can get drinks and relax on the provided sun loungers. We left feeling refreshed, looked after, and already talking about when we can return. Highly recommended for couples, families, and anyone looking for a luxury escape in Rhodes.

Very kind, welcoming and always ready to help staff in restaurants, pools, bars and reception. The resort spread on a large area offering many attractions, pools and more. Food: Great breakfast and lunch. With a variety of restaurants. A nice clothes shop owned by a very kind woman. In addition to a small market with many souvenirs and inflatable toys and gadgets for the pool in addition to all the regular stuff in case you forget anything. Disliked: during the last two nights out of seven nights there was a big increase of annoying bugs and mosquitoes!
