Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama

From the first moment we got there to the second we left we had such an unbelievable time and the treatment from staff was fantastic, we felt welcome, safe and comfortable our entire stay. We had the most wonderful experience, and I personally think it was the best experience i’ve ever had! I also had a massage which was amazing too! Especially as well being able to check out late was such a blessing! We are already looking at coming back very soon Food and drink - The selection of food was fantastic as well as the taste too! personally I loved the snack bar down at the beach bar - especially the pizza! As well as the italian and the greek was amazing, having a 3 course meal was definitely amazing! The selection of drink as well was amazing! I loved how drinks were hand crafted, however in the lobby bar our drinks were often lost/forgotten about and had to wait at least 20 minutes sometimes before we even received our drinks which was a little upsetting however the drinks themselves were amazing and down at the beach bar it was great/fast service. The ice cream was great too, we especially loved being able to chose as many flavours as we wished in 1 tub as well as loving the crepes! The Room- The room itself was brilliant and we felt so lucky to receive an upgrade, it definitely made our trip to have such a wonderful room. As well as receiving a bottle of wine on arrival and a small gift from housekeeping really made us smile :) As well as the mini fridge, that was also great! Sunbeds - The sunbeds were amazing and they are the most comfortable and relaxing beds i’ve ever stayed and wondered if there would be any discounts for myself to return?

If you’re want fantastic service, big smiles and amazing food look no further than Dama Dama. From the moment we arrived outside of the reception we were greeted by a member of staff who took care of our luggage and took us to the reception desk. The service from the front of house team was exceptional for the entirety of our stay and made us feel very special. We travelled as a family including grandchildren so occupied three rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with excellent views of the pool and sea but my daughter her husband and two children were not happy with where their room was located, we were very pleased that for the reception team and management this did not pose a problem and they were moved to a different room which met their needs immediately. A massive thanks to Andrea’s and his team for this. The food in the signature restaurants is outstanding as is the service. Thank you to all the amazing staff including the fabulous ladies that kept our rooms spotless throughout our stay. A huge thanks to Christina for everything you did to make our grandson’s fifth birthday celebration special. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Super comfortable hotel with some of the nicest staff you can imagine. Excellent food, masses to do and a lovely beach with great swimming.

Last day of this holiday and I just had to leave a review for this truly special place! We stayed at Dame Dama for a sisters-and-niece holiday, and it was spectacular from start to finish. Every single member of staff went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. The reception team, bar staff, and waiting staff always greeted us with warm smiles and were eager to help in any way they could. The pool staff who assisted with towels were also incredibly polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made this a holiday to remember, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and special getaway. We already can’t wait to return with the rest of our family! Thank you all so much for making our week away so amazing and memorable!

We stayed here from the 4th May - 11th May, currently on the last night. The review is a couple but we were here with my inlaws as my wife and i were cekebrating our 3rd anniversery. On arrival we were greeted my 3 men who wanted to take our bags,we checked in using the app so we were just given our keys and were told to leave our bags. We were then shown around and were bought to our room. I emailed the hotel earlier to ask could we get a high floor which we did. The room itself (823) on the 3rd floor was exceptionally clean with a mini fridge which contained 2 bottles of water, 2 cans of coke, coke zero and fanta, we were told they would be replenished daily but it only happened 4 times which was ok. We also recieved a nice bottle of wine to. Wine in general here in any bar was beautiful. Mediterranean buffet restaurant: you were always seated which was nice. They had a very good choice of food,always fresh, chefs working really hard to have delicious food and it was just that. This is every meal. On the 3rd day i stopped wearing long trousers as others were in shorts. No one cared. If something is not there it was quickly replenished. One night they had corn & curry soup. It was beautiful. I had 3 bowls. Another night they had a beautiful mango mouse. I savoured it for 10 mins. And i can say i fell in love with beklava. Italian restaurant: The risotto, omg it was so good, full of flavour and the semi sweet wine complimented the meal. Asiana: from all this was my favourite. We glt everything on the menu and we shared. I had the sushi all to my self as no one else wanted. I loved it. We all gpt the duck with pancakes with hoison sauce and it was so delicious.only thing is it was not enough. Tavernaki: everything was bought out at once and we shared all, food was very hot and delicious,the main came next, but the lamb was mpstly bone but again very tasty. Beach club: the food was the same all the time but it was great, sometimes u just wanted something easy. The gyros chicken meat was mouth watering, and the chips. Oh what seasoning they used just worked beautiful. Staff here always quick with drinks. Patisserie & chocolaterie: i never had the crepes as i was not in the moid but the ice-cream has plentiful choices with sauces and toppings, they are carte dor so was lovely. Lobby bar: very busy at night as the staff are just flying around but never and i mean never have i seen them not smile, always polite, always asking you to sit as they will bring. One girl i must say "Monica" is the best. She always laughing and joking, my father in law and i would dfink evedy night and without asking she would just give us, even when half were gone she would bring more and she said i bought you more because you are enjoying yourselves. Unfortunately she is off today so i said good bye yesterday and gave hef a tip. She was vedy thankful and she put it into a tip jar to share with her team. Managment please tell her thank you for being herself as she was always pleasent to talk to. Owner: once while waiting at the bar a woman had an issue with the app. The owner and a manager tried to help but could not so the owner told her to have a seat and i will print it for you. I liked that. Hospitality here is just amazing, staff really go out of the way for you and all teams everywhere work like a well oiled machine. I have never seen a hotel work like this one. Staff have a great bond and they work hard to make sure you have a great holiday. Dama Dama, thank you for a great holiday and we will be returning for our 4th anniversery.
