Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama

We stayed here with friends in late 2025. On arrival first impressions were good, the welcome was warm and we enjoyed a drink in the bar whilst we filled out our details. Once back at the reception desk we were met by the duty manager who informed us that our room we booked a year before, A Grand Family Apartment Inland View was not available and we would be getting the last two rooms available in the hotel. One was in the newer block and ours was in the old main block. The old main block is old, dated and rooms of one bedroom or more are just rooms that have been knocked through. I honestly have never been so dissatisfied with a room. I've stayed in many hotels, but the pictures online and the quality of the finish in the room could not be further apart. I actually didn't even want to go back to the room when we met up with our friends after unloading our bags. We checked their room out in the new block and it was a far superior room. We had simply been given one of the worst rooms in the hotel. Luckily we only had four nights and apparently this was only for two nights before we could be moved back into our two bedroom Grand Family Apartment. We tried to make the most of our time as it was ultimately about spending quality time with old friends. The hotel offered us the opportunity to eat in their a la carte restaurants despite them being fully booked so we were able to eat in there twice. We were also offered a day bed for the duration of our stay, which would not have worked between 4 of us, but luckily as the hotel was quiet to no cost to them we were given one per couple. The hotel did offer us a free day trip but as we only had three days we wanted to enjoy relaxing with our friends. We were not compensated by the hotel at the time but did negotiate a partial refund with EasyJet Holidays for the two nights we were in rooms that were not what we booked. The food in the buffet was often cold and whilst the presentation looked lovely, choice was very limited. The same for breakfast and lunch. My friends who like a decent meal were often pushing food aside because it was cold. We favoured the beach bar and spent much time chatting, eating and drinking down on the beach. There was live music one night, karaoke another. After two nights we were moved into our the room we booked, A Grand Family Apartment with Inland View and to much hilarity it was in the same old block, but instead of two rooms knocked through, it was three with the seating area between the two bedrooms. However, this room had simple things like plugs by the bed. But the high end soft furnishings in the photos was definitely missing in reality. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and we could not fault the service we received. The quality and variety of cocktails was really good and we enjoyed working our way through the menu. The main pool area looks stunning in the photos and it is in reality, but with little seating options. I would not want to stay here in peak season. Sadly I would not stay in this hotel again or recommend it it others. Despite promising so much on its website, it delivered very little for the overall price we actually paid. We thought we would be getting luxury when in fact we felt some areas were definitely 3 star. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but after seeing that other guests were also not getting the rooms they booked I wanted to add my review so that others can see this is a continued issue with the hotel and to be aware.

A bit late writing this review but this hotel is so amazing it deserves an amazing review. I have been to a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is the very best I have ever been to. We went away with our best friends to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, each bedroom had an ensuite and there were 3 balconies, absolutely stunning. The food was another level. I have never had such amazing food and choice in an all inclusive. The seafood restaurant blew my mind. Staff cannot do enough for you, all lovely and helpful. Everywhere spotlessly clean The only negative, and it’s really such a tiny thing, was that the pool was very cold and took your breath away. Would this stop me returning here? Absolutely not. I loved this place.

We spent 3 nights there, all inclusive. The hotel is wonderful, right on the beach, with all the beach services. It has a wonderful and huge pool, as well as another smaller one just for children. There are 3 meals a day, all inclusive, and also lunch throughout the day. The food is very good and the service from all the staff is wonderful, we definitely recommend it.

This hotel is amazing. I loved it all. Modern and beautifully decorated. The room is big and i had a lovely view from my terrace. Private beach which was fabulous and the pool area was fabulous too. The food was lovely and you have lots of choices also it has different style resturants from Italian , Greek and Asian food so you are spoilt for choice. The staff were lovely and friendly and made my stay special. Looking forward to returning next year.

Oh my goodness, I don’t even know where to start! From the moment we arrived, we were looked after and treated so wonderfully. The hotel is set in a beautiful location with a lovely little shopping centre nearby that you can easily walk to. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — spotless, well-kept, and beautifully designed. The food was delicious, and we tried all three restaurants — not one disappointed! The staff are a real credit to the hotel. They took the time to get to know us by name and even remembered our favourite wine, which was such a special touch. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the Hotel Manager, Andreas K. Fradelos, was outstanding — he personally came to say goodbye to us, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay — we can’t wait to come back! 💛
