Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama

Had a very nice stay, the pool area is clean with plenty of sun beds and a small bar on the pool area, the gardens and grounds are well kept, the beach does get busy but again there are plenty of beds. the beach bar is great and the Greek buffer restaurant at the beach bar is fantastic. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Lobby bar has a good selection of drinks and cocktails but the service can be a little slow. The DamaDama buff et restaurant is to small for the size of the hotel and at peak time be prepared to queue as can be a little chaotic, the food is nice, but compared to of hotels we have stayed in, its just average. The staff are really helpful and cant do enough for you. Overall a really good holliday.

Went all inclusive at this resort as not within walking distance of a town. But food was good and drinks plentiful and not just local unbranded spirits. We didn’t have to wear a wrist band which was a bonus. We could eat à la carte at 4 restaurants as an alternative to the evening buffet but I’d suggest booking asap because of demand. We upgraded to a bungalow which was the best thing we did as the pool area was very busy so we could lay outside our bungalow. The beach is easiliy accessable too. We had a fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities. The room was so spacious more of a suite. Towels changed everyday as well as pool towels. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Entertainment was the only downside as wasn’t very much in the evenings but maybe it was because it was September. We did see an amazing tumbling act. Plus some singers 3 evenings in the beach bar. But for party goers Faliraki is just a short cab ride away.

What an absolutely awesome hotel! The food is amazing, best I have had in Greece. And the A la carte restaurants does not disappoint, very good. Great wine and soft drinks, good rooms and a gym with all you need. Close distance to Rhodes town and fast transfer from the airport. I have come back to this hotel for three consecutive years because of the great stays. Last but not least, the staff and management are really good and attentive.

We are now on our last day of a lovely stay at this hotel, we knew it would be a great experience as we have previously stayed at grecotel daphnilla bay and the standards are the same at both hotels and I’d assume at all the rest. The staff and food have been brilliant. Our first 2 days were unfortunately not the best but this was due to one of the craziest storms we have ever seen in our lives where we had a government severe weather alert come out but the hotel did great in managing it and was very fast to get things back to normal once the storm had passed. I’d like to leave a special mention to Marta in guest relations we were not happy with the room we initially received when we arrived and within 2 minutes of us texting she had moved us to a room we were a lot happier with which was a nice start to our trip. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and all the grecotel chain.

I stayed for a week in a Garden view room for a family wedding. The room and terrace was perfect. Large room with high ceilings and everything you need. The hotel facilities were beautiful with a choice of pools and restaurants. My favourite spit was the beach bar. The crepes and ice cream were so nice. The staff were all amazing. We were in a large group so we kept them extremely busy but they were all lovely and it didn't phase them at all. I would highly recommend this hotel.
