Kresten Palace

I loved Kresten Palace. Staff was awesome and helpful, we got help any time we needed. The hotel's mini market was good, bus stop next to the hotel and everything was clean. Food was delicious and waiters were so friendly. Special thanks to Niki and Dabo in Olympia restaurant and Reception staff for taking care of our company.

Fantastic customer service, lovely food, clean, organised and engaged. I did not meet one staff member who wasn’t helpful, smiley and committed. Great trip.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location and offers excellent facilities. While our room was a little disappointing, it didn't impact our overall experience. The bathroom was quite basic and could benefit from some maintenance, particularly as the shower screen leaked after each use. The TV in the room wasn't working, and the main door was very stiff and difficult to open. However, the rest of the hotel more than made up for these minor issues. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The restaurant offered a good variety of food each evening, with themed nights throughout the week that kept food options interesting. The pool area was lovely, although we only used it a couple of times as we spent most of our time exploring the island and visiting the beautiful local beaches. Transport links were excellent, with a bus stop directly outside the hotel providing easy access to Rhodes Town and Faliraki. We also hired a car during our stay, which we would highly recommend if you want to see more of the island. There is a car rental service at the hotel, as well as plenty of options nearby in Kalithea, Rhodes Town, and Faliraki. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in a great location, and we would happily recommend it to others

We’ve just returned from a gorgeous stay at Kresten Palace. The hotel was excellent, the staff were amazing, and the rooms were always nice and clean. A special thank you to Eleni, Nena and Andrea at reception, who were all so friendly and helpful, and to Raquel and Rafael in the restaurant for their amazing and welcoming service. The guys in the cocktail bar were also so nice, and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely come back & would highly recommended!
