Kresten Palace

Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent & incredible helpful and friendly. The girls in the dining room, Raquel & Judith & also Christos went the extra mile to make you feel at home and couldn't have done more. In fact our last night, they had a special table set for us with candles which was such a lovely touch. Thank you so much for your kindness!

We first visited the Kresten Palace in September and loved it so much that we came right back in October! The resort is fantastic, but what truly makes it special is the incredible team. A huge thank you to Nina at reception, who gave us the warmest welcome and was absolutely brilliant with my son, Lucas. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A massive shout-out to Kiki and Maddie from the entertainment team! They have been so great with Lucas and are just pure fun to be around. They brought so much joy to our holiday and even managed to get me joining in on all the activities, from aqua dance to darts and mini-golf. Down at the bar, Lucas makes absolutely brilliant cocktails and provides fantastic service. I also want to give a special mention to Manolie who was working alongside Lucas in Sept together, they made a fantastic team and served brilliant cocktails. Manolie was very attentive; his warm smiles made the lounge feel incredibly welcoming, especially while relaxing with my baby. Every single one of these staff members made our holidays unforgettable, and we cannot wait to return!

Me and my mum and little brother came and Kiko interacted with my little brother and always put a smile on his face and kept it there and he always made me and my mum laughed and no one at any other hotel made us feel welcome and at home

I couldn’t fault this hotel/holiday. The hotel staff have been amazing to me and my boyfriend. They are so welcoming and friendly! Kiko the entertainer manager has been amazing to us. Such a great person. Our extended family have considered holidays here after the reviews we have given them :)
