Leonardo Kolymbia Resort

My daughter and I have just returned from such a wonderful relaxing week here. We stayed in a beautiful swim up pool room , room 124. My only gripe with the room is that the sunbeds allocated to the rooms by the swim up pool could do with parasols as in direct sunlight all day. The cleaning services were amazing, particularly Zoe who came around in the evenings to check if we needed more towels and gave us chocolates. The big pool was really clean,no hustling for sunbeds. The animation team were fun and lively. The pool bar man was always so friendly . Always hotel sunbeds available on the beach too!! The food in the main restaurant was amazing, something for everyone! Drinks at the main bar were really good, shout out to Mika who makes amazing cocktails. Special shout out to the reception staff, so lovely and friendly. Thank you for our treat of greek goodies on departure! Only disappointment was that we couldn't have a late checkout, but understandable. We will definitely return , and have signed up to the rewards scheme. Thank you for a beautiful holiday xx

Just back from our first visit to Leonardo Rhodes and it certainly won't be our last visit. We have been to Kolymbia many times over the years returning to the same hotel every time but this year we decided to try somewhere new and were very pleased with our choice. The staff are simply incredible. They cannot do enough for you and always with a smile. Irene & Katerina at reception were extremely helpful. Mika & George at the very busy bar were really pleasant and remembered your favourite drinks without needing to be asked. Karile,Mar & Alan from the animations team were brilliant with old and young guests. Sakis at the pool bar was a gentleman and always found time for a chat whist serving. Panormitis helped us with our booking prior to arrival and advised us which room type to choose that suited our needs. The location was excellent as it is situated in the heart of Kolymbia with all of its lovely restaurants,shops and bars. A short walk away is the beautiful little harbour where the hotel provides some sun loungers for its guests. It was good to see the hotel monitoring the use of sunbeds around the pool. They are very proactive about stopping people "reserving" beds early in the morning and often removed towels from beds that were clearly not being used. It was nice to holiday alongside people from many nationalities including Poland,Lithuania,Germany,Norway and Greece itself. The food choices reflected the cosmopolitan clientele and there was always something new to try. All in all a fantastic experience and we will definitely return again.

We stayed at the Leonardo Kolymbia for 10 nights in June 2026, with our teenage son . This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location only metres from the town, and harbour . We booked direct with the hotel, and our first point of contact was Panormitis . He was so helpful in advising us on the best room type for our family dynamic , and we were allocated a perfect room for our needs (Deluxe famiy, pool view). From the moment we arrived we met nothing only friendly smiling staff . A big thankyou to Irene , Katherina and all front of house who helped us with any questions about our stay. I went to enquire about the public bus and Irene immediately produced a timetable and directed us to the correct bus stop. It's little touches that guests remember! The staff everywhere seemed genuinely happy at their work, and having met the lovely Manager Ms. Elena you could see why . Such an example to her staff , mixing freely around the hotel, and having banter as she passed by. The hotel grounds are kept immaculate, as are the rooms . Our housekeeping ladies were very patient when our teenage son slept in late, and often came back later in the day . Room was immaculate every day. Our fridge was restocked every day with drinks, and snacks. Another lovely touch . Fresh towels every day, and pool towels supplied for a 10 euro refundable deposit . Room safe is free of charge The food was beautifully presented with good choice.. Drink choices excellent including acgood cocktail choice The entertainment team were so good too (Karile,Mar, Alan). Lots on during the day like Darts, Beach volleyball, water polo, and Aqua gym . Takis at the pool bar is a total gentleman who shows genuine interests in the guests and was good fun. Micha and George in the main bar work so hard in the evening but keep smiling away. The hotel is located beside a beautiful harbour, and if you need it the staff can take you on buggies. Everywhere is very accessible with ramps etc . It is 30/35 mins in a taxi from the airport. Facilities include a gym, and spa, kids clubs, large pool, and tennis courts. The hotel rooms had a refurb this year, and they have added two new A La Cartes also which were lovely , with good attentive service . Overall we were extremely impressed with our stay, and would have no hesitation to recommend the Leonardo A fabulous Greek welcome awaits if you book for your holiday here. Beautiful hotel in great location. Best staff I have ever had on holiday - any issues attended to quickly - they really care about you enjoying your holiday. Shout out to Sakis at pool bar - friendly and fast service, entertainment team - Mar, Nino and Karile, enjoyed our daily chats, George and Miki at lobby bar - thanks for your prompt service and knowing my drink choice without asking, housekeeping staff kept everything clean and always a friendly chat. One suggestion is to have fridges with bottled water where people can help themselves during the day rather than dispensers in restaurant/bar. Not the best food and was repetitive but could always find something to eat. Will definitely return and would recommend for solo travellers.

We had an amazing stay at Leonardo Olympia Resort! The hotel is beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the animation team, who made every day fun and engaging with great activities and lots of positive energy. A special shout-out to Yamas and his awesome T-shirts—they always brought a smile and added to the fun atmosphere! The evening entertainment was fantastic, especially the bingo nights, which were so much fun and a great way to bring everyone together. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so memorable. We can't wait to come back! Also a special thank you to Manolis, George and Mica for keeping us well hydrated.
