Lindos Village Resort & Spa

This is our second time to visit this hotel. It was good the first time 2 years ago, hence our return, but even better this time. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite and entertaining and really could not have done more to make our stay any more enjoyable. Welcomed right at the beginning by the GM at our first breakfast and then going on through the week, each member of staff gave us their full attention. Notably the breakfast crew, Andy, Ahmed and Elisa made our breakfast totally welcoming. The choice of food was outstanding. We had 2 massages each. The hot stone massage was totally zonking! Soo good and relaxing. Swedish and Thai after that which lathered us in some fabulous olive products and made us sleep well. Kiki who runs the spa was great fun and helped us make our decisions. The pool area was well catered and easy, the beach was a walk or a buggy from reception. They have a great WhatsApp channel to efficiently deal with any requests and service needs. Thoroughly recommend.

We in generel enjoyed our stay at Lindos Village, the hotel is beautiful and lives up to the name, a mini version of the beautiful white city Lindos. We got an amazing welcome and were transfered to our room in a golf cart, top service right there. Unfortunately we felt a little neglected the rest of our stay. Lindos Village has an app where you can order room service, cleaning and stuff like that, the problem is that the app does not work. We used it 3 times the first 3 days, and none of it happened, and we did not get cleaning for the first two days. I then went down to the reception and asked for help with the coffee machine, plus milk for the coffee, i never had it fixed and never got my milk, that is not an okay service for a 5 star hotel. Luckily we did'nt need it any longer, and we got cleaning the rest of our stay, but we gave up on room service and the app. It did'nt ruin our stay, but it was a little anoying in the moment. And just a little notion, we were expecting a quiet adults only hotel, but the sister hotel has a big children pool and main stage with loud entertainment in the evening, so we did not enjoy the balcony with the amazing seaview as much as hoped. All in all thanks for the stay, we loved the location, restaurant Bocca, the pool and the beach service very much 😊
