Oceanis Park

We stayed at Oceanis Park Hotel in Rhodes from 4th–11th June 2026, and it was an unforgettable holiday. It was such a special trip for us as we were celebrating our honeymoon, my birthday, and our first family holiday with our beautiful 8-month-old daughter. Before we arrived, my wife emailed the hotel to let them know that our daughter has a cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA). From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. We checked in late at night to find our room beautifully decorated with real rose petals on the bed to celebrate our honeymoon, along with a selection of food and bottled water waiting for us in the fridge after our journey. As we were travelling with a baby and several suitcases, we were struggling a little, but the night manager immediately came over and helped us with our luggage without us even having to ask. It was a wonderful first impression and made us feel so welcome. The following morning, the restaurant manager came to introduce herself, and she was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. She took such amazing care of our daughter's dietary needs, making her fresh dairy-free pancakes, arranging for dairy-free yoghurts and ice creams especially for her, and making sure she never felt left out at mealtimes. Every single meal, she would greet us at the restaurant entrance, show us to our table, and ask what our daughter would like. Knowing that someone understood the importance of managing a cow's milk protein allergy gave us complete peace of mind and allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday. The food throughout the week was excellent, with plenty of choice and a different themed menu each evening, so there was always something new to try. We were really impressed with the variety and quality on offer. To make my birthday even more special, the hotel surprised me by leaving a beautiful cheesecake in our room with "Happy Birthday" written on it. It was waiting for me in the fridge when we returned to our room, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day even more memorable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making our holiday special. Their kindness and professionalism made a huge difference to our experience. The only slight issue was around the pool, where some guests reserved sunbeds very early in the morning and then disappeared for hours. However, the hotel clearly displays notices stating that sunbeds should not be reserved. On one particularly hot day, we needed a shaded area for our baby, so I asked the lifeguard if there was anywhere we could sit under an umbrella. He was fantastic—he immediately checked the reserved sunbeds, saw that several had been left unattended for a long time, removed the towels in line with the hotel's policy, and found us a shaded spot. We really appreciated that the hotel was willing to enforce its rules fairly, especially as it made such a difference travelling with an 8-month-old. On our final day, although we had to check out early, the hotel couldn't have been more accommodating. We were able to reserve the shower room through reception, which meant we could freshen up and get ourselves and our daughter ready before heading to the airport. It was another thoughtful touch that made the journey home much more comfortable. We had such an amazing time that we booked to return next year before we even left! We cannot recommend Oceanis Park Hotel highly enough, especially for families with young children or anyone with dietary requirements. A huge thank you to the restaurant manager, the night manager, the lifeguard, and every other member of staff for making our honeymoon, birthday celebration, and first family holiday so special. We made memories we'll cherish forever and can't wait to return next year!

Excellent services, exceptionally friendly staff from catering, bar, reps, cleaners etc who go out of their way to ensure that your stay is relaxing. Anita, the resteraunt manager is especially kind, helpful and professional and makes the meals at the resteraunt extra special. Wonderful kids club and the food is excellent. 6 stars out of 5.

A lovely hotel surrounded by bars shops and restaurants all within a few minutes walk. Our stay at the hotel was lovely and very welcoming. Angelina who greeted us at reception on arrival, we saw her daily, always smiling and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay; so were the other staff but I didn’t get all their names. We used the pool at the front of the hotel. Fantastic pizzas made by Mohammed. Veronika who worked tirelessly behind the bar with a welcoming smile. The staff in the bars and restaurant worked constantly clearing tables, glasses and pouring drinks. Anita the restaurant manager always had a smile on her face and kept on top of a very busy restaurant. Cleaning team kept our room and bathroom clean along with all other public areas. Snack bars were fantastic, my only thought I felt the food in the restaurant rather repetitive but they’re catering on mass for all different tastes. I hope I haven’t missed any of the team out as they were all so friendly. A busy hotel, in peak season it maybe a struggle to get a lounger. Lovely meals out at the Chinese restaurant, sports bar and another restaurant.

What a fabulous week we had at the Oceanis Park Hotel! Couldn't fault the staff, cleanliness or food. In particular, Anita (the restaurant manager) was a real gem: she couldn't do enough for us and always went to the trouble of telling me what was vegan that day. A true asset. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and the evening entertainment was top notch. If I had to find fault, I found the piped music a bit obtrusive and not conducive to relaxation. For a big hotel, the lift was quite small. Also be aware that this is a family friendly hotel so expect children splashing in the pool...maybe the front pool should be adults only? But these are minor quibbles and I would gladly return to this hotel.

IchiWe stayed from june 16 to july 7th, the hotel is good, the staff are so friendly, and helpful, nothing is too much trouble There are 3 pools and a kiddie pool, all of which are lovley, the food is of a very good standard, and the deserts are wonderful, the hotel manager is a fantastic guy who helps with any question or problems, Roades town in so pretty and well worth. A visit Over all a fantastic hotel Great staff A truly great holiday Will be back
