Oceanis Park

As someone with life-threatening allergies to all kinds of nuts and soy, travelling can often be stressful. Finding a hotel where you can truly relax and feel safe is rare, but Oceanis Park Hotel has given me exactly that for the second year in a row. What made the biggest difference was the incredible service from the restaurant manager, Anita. At every single meal, she personally took the time to walk me through the entire buffet, carefully explaining what I could and could not eat. Even though she was responsible for a busy restaurant full of guests, she always made me feel that my safety was important. That level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail is something you don’t come across very often. On one occasion, the dish I wanted contained soy, so the kitchen went out of their way to prepare a special version just for me. Small gestures like this mean everything to someone with severe food allergies and turned what could have been a stressful holiday into a completely relaxing experience. Beyond that, every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They create exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope for when booking a sunny holiday one where you can simply enjoy yourself and feel taken care of. I can honestly say that this hotel is perfect for me, and I will definitely be coming back again. Thank you to Anita and the entire team for making my stay so memorable and safe.

Arrived here and checkin was fast and pleasant. 50 euros local tax to pay and 10 euros deposit for towels returned at holiday end. Room was spacious comfortable and clean. Good powerful shower with good shower cream. Tv and coffee making facilities and a fridge with a bottle for water. Local beer and wine and water are on tap, help yourself. 3 pools to choose from and plenty of beds if you are down not too late. Main restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner. Grill room, pizza room and snack bar during the day . Loads of outdoor seating at the front of the hotel where entertainment stage is. Loads of couches and chairs in main bar area that has good quick service. Local gin is ok, cocktails some are ok. Negatives, normal breakfast food ok, dinner food was barely warm but plenty to choose from. Chicken dry, chips warm and hard, sitting too long,in trays, gateau’s nice. We ate out 3 nights out of 6. Entertainment poor, local singers and dancers would not get to next stage in BGT. Bus stop outside hotel into Rhodes(1.8 euros) ask for taxis at reception and they’re there in 5 mins. Nice walk into Rhodes town along flat pavement and path, approx 3 miles. Day trip to Symi Island from Rhodes a must do. All in all good hotel in nice location but food and entertainment lets it down.

Oceanis park is a great place to stay the hotel is very clean and friendly .The food is amazing they cater for everyone there is so much to choose from .Anita the restraunt manager and her staff do an amazing job I could stay for months .lovely food ,lovely people .can't wait to go again .

We had a great family stay at the hotel. Food was good and very varied, always something for everyone. Lots of activities and a shop onsite as well as bars and restaurants close by. Unfortunately people do start putting their towels on the sunbeds around the main pool early and move them around so there is often no easy path through! However there is a nice grass area above the pool that always has a lot of beds free. The beach is rocky but great sunset viewing a short walk through the hotel opposite. Lots of very friendly cats!

For the 3d time. What a wonderful stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, helpfulness, and service. A minor issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed the tasty and varied cuisine; the beds have thick mattresses and the hygiene is good. In particular, a big compliment to the fantastic staff who makes all this possible, and ofcourse to the manager Anita, who is very dedicated and professional. Henk and Lionne
