The hotel is efficiently run making the experience overall excellent. The place is kept very clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and have what you expect. The front ones have a sea view, but traffic noise, the back ones have a view of the hillside, but are quieter. The restaurant has a great deal of choice for every meal, and also has snacks by the pool if you miss lunch. The meal times are long (Breakfast7-10, lunch 12:30-2:30; Dinner 7-9:30) so easy to fit trips around. Being all inclusive - do not expect fine dining wines etc, but there are wines, cocktails, spirits and beer available from late morning. The bar manager is really helpful and also the restaurant manager. The pool areas can get busy, and there will be smokers, but there is a pool and lounger area behind as well. When busy go to dinner after 7:45, and breakfast early. They have theme nights for food which adds variety. You can get a public bus to Rhodes (E2.50 each), but they can be very busy as they come from Airport. Taxi's "should" charge you E10 for up to 4 people, some may break this rule, the taxi rank is along the road from Hotel. The hotel offers their own bus at E9.00 return, at fixed times. The road can be very busy, but usually the drivers will slow to allow you to cross. To return on public bus you must go the bus station, and not the stop google maps send you to, but this can be very busy. If you are a family or group of 4-6 the taxis is better. The town is a short walk (left) out of hotel and has some nice shops, bars and restaurants - if you choose to go out. Water bottles are in rooms and you fill from dispensers by lifts. Only things I would criticise - 1) Aircon wasnt working - it wasnt quite hot enough at times (april 20-24C) , but rooms could get warm at night, and if you dont want door open (hayfever etc) this was a problem. They said they would look at it, but it would only run for about 30seconds then switch off and lights flashed constantly 2) Smokers around pool (it isnt the uk) with zero consideration for neighbours, 3) Sun lounger grabbing - did happen 4) Some people did overload their plate with the best food (eg Prawns and salmon on seafood night - and probably left half of it.

We had a great family holiday at this hotel. Food was great, staff was great and kind. At the evenings Babou (entertainment guy) kept everyone laughing such a great and funny man. Overall highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel , would definitely stay again great for families, friends, couples. Food is different every night , rooms are clean and are cleaned everyday. Special mention to babou the entertainer , absolutely lovely man made the holiday worthwhile great entertainment and friendly to all ⭐️

Was surprised with a trip here for my birthday, and what a gorgeous hotel! Very clean and comfortable rooms. Pool is also very clean! Good gym and trnnis courts. Lots of options for food (but a lot of pork). Babou the hotel entertainer is SO lovely also, making sure everyone is having a good time and feeling included. He made our holiday :)
