What an absolutely gorgeous resort, everything was just perfect. What amazing staff who make you feel so special, you should all be very proud of yourselves. Can't wait to return and see you all again. Absolutely five stars from us . Thank you so much

My partner and I recently stayed here from May 26th until June 6th. This was our second time at Hotel Oceanis as we loved it so much the year before. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice in coming back to the same hotel. The staff were so welcoming, with check-in being a quick and easy smooth process. We were also given the same room as last year, which we loved as it made us feel right at home. We booked a superior double room. When we got into the room, there was a lovely little gift and welcome back card waiting for us, which was a very sweet touch! We had a sea view room, and the room was more than big enough for the two of us and had plenty of space to unpack our bags for the duration of the trip. The double bed was a complete double, not 2 singles together, which always makes a difference. As the nights can be cold, we were glad to find the warmer blankets in the wardrobe, which came in handy. The room came with a couch, which I believe would be a 2nd bed if needed, but it was nice for us to relax on while in the room. The room had the same as previous years, a reusable water bottle which you are encouraged to use to save on plastic, mini fridge, robe, slippers and soaps. The room was cleaned daily and was always in great condition. Towels were changed 2 times a week, and the bed was changed once a week. Again, this is to help the environment as they are very conscious of water use. You can request that the towels and bed be changed more frequently if preferred. The balcony has a handy clothes line, so dry your items from the day which we used nightly to dry our towels and swim suits. The whole hotel is help to a high level of cleanliness, each morning the cleaners would be out from early morning, mopping and cleaning every part of the hotel, and then throughout the day you would see them round about cleaning. We did notice the carpet on the stairs had been replaced since last time, so it's now fresh again. In addition, there seemed to be more leather cushioned seats outside. This was handy as the generic cushion ones would sometimes still be wet in the evening after the day use. The pool area was never full. There would always be spaces left by 10 am. The only thing that was different was the reserving of beds. Last time, you couldn't reserve before 9am, but this year, the life guard was letting people reserve beds from 8am. This was never an issue as there were always enough beds regardless of a few being reserved as not many did this. The sun beds arent the comfiest, but we used a travel neck pillow for our heads and a cushion for the main part of the bed, which makes a big difference. The umbrella can be tricky to put up and down and sometimes needs 2 people, but overall, it's fine and works well. The tables between the sunbeds have cup holders and little hidden bits for items to be put, such as key cards or phones. Personally, we always used the main pool, never the back pool, as it doesn't seem to get the sun as long. The hotel staff overall were always so nice and friendly, Spiros from the restaurant was always amazing, along with Demitri from the main bar. Each night, we would go to the bar, and he would have my Oceanis cocktail ready for me! Demitri remembered us, which was also nice considering the number of people who visit per year! Day time entertainment involved darts tournaments, table tennis, water aerobics, and water polo. Babou was amazing as always. he's never pushy. If you dont want to take part, he moves on to the next people but always has a chat with you. He's always around singing and dancing! He remembered us from last year, and when he heard about our engagement on night one of our holidays, he had the whole pool side cheering for us and sharing our happiness. He then came running out with a bottle of sparkling wine for us and kept everyone cheering. It was really lovely! From then on, I became "future wife" during the darts tournaments. This year, we won the darts after many attempts and went home with our winners magnets! The main restaurant was set up slightly better this year As they moved the dessert section over. The food was always nice. Stews, fish, chicken etc there was always something to eat. If you are a fussy eatter, you will likely still find food. The themed nights are nice and different, but you still get the main basics, which was good. Outdoor seating can be busy, so you do need to time it right for that. The downstairs pool pizza bar is always great as the pizza is nice, and it's simple to use while at the pool. You also have a downstairs poolside bar, which offers cakes, sandwiches, and yoghurt snacks throughout the day, along with your cocktails and all-inclusive drinks. Water is always available with filtered water machines with fizzy juice machines available outside until the main bar opens. Beer and wine are self-serve taps. The beech is just across the road, so it is very easy to access. There is a crossing to get over, which is easy to use. Some people can be unsure of this as cars don't always stop. However, in Greece, they will slow down and allow you to cross. Qe said last year we'd come back, and we did, and we've said again we will go back again. 100% recommend this hotel!

Food very, very good (just wish more gluten free choice). Room very clean and maids in everyday to clean and make beds. All staff including cleaners, catering, bar and entertainment very hardworking, friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Babou and the entertainment team for their hard work and the bar staff for keeping us refreshed!

Just returned from 10 days at this hotel great location for restaurants and bars, food was great, drinks ok always something we liked available. Pool was lovely sunbeds were a little uncomfortable could do with an upgrade. We were a little disappointed with rooms not 100% sure we got what we booked but we were told that they were. However most of the staff were fantastic from the entertainments team to the bar and restaurant staff a big thanks to them they made our holiday relaxing and enjoyable.

first class hotel excellent entertainment wonderful friendly staff but they cant cook meat needs to addressed would definitely come back babou was amazing thank you everyone xxxx
