Rhodos Horizon Resort

I cannot stress how absolutely outstanding this hotel is. It is so incredibly clean, there is extensive food choice, the sleep quality is flawless and everything has been considered. You can tell a good hotel by how there is relarely anyone at reception. Some hotels have queues at reception to raise complaints etc but here it was always free. One of the overall benefits is what is in walking distance. You can walk on the shore for 25 minutes and be in Rhodes Harbour. You can walk uphill for 25 minutes and be in the Acropolis of Rhodes (€10.50 taxi ordered at reception). The rooms are cleaned almost every day, the pool towels are also replaced every 3 or so days. This was our second time and we will be booking again. Dora is also a pleasure to chat to, and Ermione who are very thoughtful, but the entire staff are lovely and friendly. They get to know you and your routine.

A really great hotel . Our first visit and certainly won't be our last. Staff so friendly,food superb with plenty of variety, drinks 1st class and good entertainment most nights. Views over to Turkey second to none with brilliant sun sets. The dining room is really nice with table cloths and napkins. Our only negative being the shower we would prefer a walk in shower not an over the bath one. We will request that when we return.

Highly recommend this resort it consists of 3 builds algamated together, with rooms restaurants/bars and pools. On arrival you are given, in our case a blue band, which is fastened on your wrist for you. Followed by a glass of bubbly 🍾. We arrived late evening after check-in we were taken to the restaurant for a light evening meal, choice of many salads, fish and meat. Our room was on the second level, very clean with a sea view🌊 as we requested on booking all inclusive. A bottle of red wine was awaiting on the dressing table for my partners birthday day, again mentioned when booking. Can not fault food all delicious 😋 and so much choice. Staff are so friendly and helpful. We travelled with "Tui" English rep very helpful, full of fun, helped recommend best excursion for us. We used the Horizon Spa for a wonderful back massage very relaxing. Highly recommend Evita and Mary for that tranquil experience. We also booked the jacuzzi for an hour too. OK the only fault that I could see was the sunbeds around the pools sadly not enough for all the folk staying at the resort.....which lead to people placing their towels on beds early morning to claim them. The staff said when we arrived, if beds are left unattended for more than 30mins the towels will be removed. We know now that this does not happen as a couple left towels on bed all day and only used them for 10mins through out the day. However if you don't mind the beach across the road there are plenty of sunbeds and a beach bar. On the north side of the island we had a beautiful breeze with lots of sun 🌞 Enjoy if you go. 😊

Hi this is our third time in succession that we have chosen this hotel it provides a great location and not far from Rhodes town The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spotless Provides a great variety of choice in the alacarte especially and you can book this every night if you want one day in advance The hotel has a good atmosphere and the staff are so friendly We hope to come back at some point thanks to everyone Billy @ sharon from Glasgow
