★★★★★ We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Rhodes Horizon Resort! Everything about our holiday was fantastic — the beautiful resort, the great food, the atmosphere, and especially the incredibly kind staff. We felt welcome from the very first day. A very special mention has to go to Ersuela from the restaurant. She is truly amazing! She is one of the sweetest and most caring people we have ever met on holiday. She has an incredible eye for every guest, always making sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. She always greeted us with such warmth and a lovely smile, and you can really tell that she genuinely cares about the people around her. Ersuela made our holiday so much more special and turned an already wonderful vacation into an unforgettable experience. People like her are what make you want to come back to a resort again and again. Thank you, Rhodes Horizon Resort, for an amazing holiday — and most of all, thank you, Ersuela, for being such a wonderful person. Lovely hotel. Good location. Rooms were big enough, just lacking drawers, very clean. The girls in the restaurant work very hard and can't do enough for you especially Ioanna. Food was very disappointing never hot, repetitive. If you want a sunbed be ready at 8am to get beds if not tough luck. Bar staff excellent, costas and the girls were so friendly and polite and worked hard, we will miss them. Overall loved the hotel. Staff can't do enough for you, it was just the food, which is important when all inclusive.

We are currently staying at this hotel and overall have had a very good experience. The hotel itself is lovely, modern and exceptionally clean. The beds are very comfortable and we’ve been sleeping well (apart from one unfortunate night). The location is excellent – only a short walk into town. One tip for anyone visiting: walk past the front of the hotel and head to the roundabout rather than going up the side of the hotel, as it’s a much easier route. The food has been consistently good throughout our stay and there has been a great choice of drinks available. A special mention to the chef, who took the time to go through everything I could and couldn’t eat because of my allergies, which was very much appreciated and gave me confidence eating in the restaurant. Like many resorts, people do queue for sunbeds early in the morning. However, we found that beds became available throughout the morning, so it wasn’t impossible to get one later on. The only downside was noise from the room next door. The guests were drinking and being very loud on their balcony until around 2:45am. I contacted security, who came to speak to them, although I was disappointed by the response as the issue was not taken particularly seriously and the noise continued for another 50 minutes. The following morning reception were much more helpful, offering a room move and leaving a note for the night staff, although by that point we had already fully unpacked. Despite that one negative experience, we have enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, has excellent food and drink options, and is in a fantastic location. One final tip: it can get very windy here, so pack some large pegs to keep your towels attached to the sunbeds!

The location was great they have their own beach across the road. Friendly atmosphere, room was nice and clean. The waitress was very friendly especially Dora and Marie. The only problem this hotel have is that the table in the lobby was low and my family had bruised themselves at least twice.
