Sheraton Rhodes Resort

It’s ok. Not a real 5 star standard. Old hotel. Most annoying: we booked the hotel because it offers an adult only pool on the 6th floor - there are 3 family and kids pools on the ground floor. Thus families come here too with small children screaming, jumping into the pool, diving… No way to relax. Thus the staff doesn’t say anything. Unfortunately!

A truly amazing resort. Friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean all over, spacious and modern rooms. Very good room service and cleaning, pool was faultless - with excellent pool service and surrounding restaurants. Pool was kept super clean at all times and surrounding areas also. Regular activities generated fun for all guests. Breakfast buffet was unrivalled - even though we had Elite privileges, this was only the seating area - the food was same for all and it was great. Fresh, tasty, delightful and all topped off with great table waiter service. On the Front Desk - the Manager, Anna, was beyond doubt the most friendly you could meet. We had booked only the same day as arrival due to an horrendous experience and another location, and she made a point to introduce herself and ensure we felt welcomed and valued at the Sheraton - going out of her way to make certain we had interconnecting rooms. Several times She checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Without doubt, if coming to Rhodes and staying in this part of the Island, Sheraton should not be overlooked.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sheraton Rhodes, and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful interiors and the elegant design. The combination of stylish spaces, stunning swimming pools, and warm wooden details created such a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. Every meal was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality dishes, and the drinks were beautifully prepared and tasted amazing. One of the most magical moments each day was watching the breathtaking sunsets. They made every evening feel truly special and unforgettable. Overall, everything about our stay was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Sheraton Rhodes to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing family holiday with excellent service, fantastic food, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at the Sheraton, an ideal choice with teenagers, plenty to do. The rooms were spacious & spotlessly clean as was the whole resort. The staff especially the restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming from Alexandria on the front desk, wonderful Dimitri, Georgiu, Iggnas and all the other lovely staff, you made our stay so pleasant, thank you. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We are a family of five, all adults. Stayed for 6 days at a sea view rooms. The hotel was marvellous. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and all our requests were met. The rooms were Clean with all amenities provided. Anything not provided inside the room as cotton buds or tooth brush was given to us by front desk, all we had to do is ask. Breakfast was great with variety, everything for everyone, good quality. Only problem was the sea it was always with waves making it difficult to have a relaxing swim, but that is not the hotel fault. We had the alternative of going to the pools. I definitely recommend this hotel and would surly visit again! Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful!
