Sheraton Rhodes Resort

Was moved here on Friday 16th October after our original hotel was flooded and was staying in emergency accommodation nearby. Arrived here at 11:15am and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. Our room was available straightaway. We had a mountain view room. The room was very clean, comfortable, modern and was kept to a high standard. We slept well overall. The public areas were clean, food was very good and was in a great location. Would highly recommend this hotel and would defiantly come back here again!

We've stayed in some nice hotels and resorts in our time, but the Sheraton Rhodes Resort is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The facilities are beautiful - large, comfortable lobby; well appointed rooms with terraces with magnificent views; marble bathrooms with bidets; beautiful pools; private beach; excellent spa; well equipped gym; restaurants, stores; athletic courts. We used almost everything and had no complaints. The only negative was that we were only there for three days and nights. Next time - and we hope there will be a next time even though it is half way around the world from New York - we hope to spend a week. CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Need to make special note of the staff - everyone was so helpful and friendly. Particular shout out to Anna Maraka who somehow knew who we were at check-in and gave us a personal welcome. If you are staying in this part of Rhodes, you can't do better than the Sheraton.

Dreadful facilities and not what is expected for a 5☆ rated hotel. Rooms clean, staff pleasant - that's it. Entertainment (if you can call it that) was dire and twice i the first week the DJ act never showed and the poster on the wall where acts are posted was taken down both times. Food was just as dreadful, same breakfast offerings every morning. This is never a 5☆ hotel and certainly not value for money. We stayed in room 526.

Please don't bother, there are much better hotels. All inclusive is not worth bothering with, you are treated as second class citizens. We were blatantly ignored, more than once, in the restaurant by rude staff who were more interested in the tips from paying guests. Excessively loud music in the bar meant you couldn't even hold a conversation. Rooms were soulless and corporate. We had a view of the cliff face behind the hotel! Absolutely not a 5 star hotel or resort!

We chose the Sheraton hotel for our vacation on the island of Rhodes and I am absolutely happy with this choice, me and my family. Beautiful spaces with a minimal atmosphere in the lobby and rooms, excellent facilities in the spa and pools. The breakfast was rich, although I would have preferred some of the food to be warmer, it did not overturn our positive image of this resort. Special mention to the a la carte restaurant with the magnificent view and the fantastic service from Athena, the welcome and her efforts to take care of us and pamper us were touching for both us and our childrenNo matter how busy she was, she always found a way to make us feel important and valuable. Her behavior and kindness towards everyone was undeniably admirable. We will return to this resort, keeping the pictures of her smile and attitude, along with the magnificent view.
