Sheraton Rhodes Resort

We are a family of five, all adults. Stayed for 6 days at a sea view rooms. The hotel was marvellous. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and all our requests were met. The rooms were Clean with all amenities provided. Anything not provided inside the room as cotton buds or tooth brush was given to us by front desk, all we had to do is ask. Breakfast was great with variety, everything for everyone, good quality. Only problem was the sea it was always with waves making it difficult to have a relaxing swim, but that is not the hotel fault. We had the alternative of going to the pools. I definitely recommend this hotel and would surly visit again! Thank you everyone for making our stay wonderful!

What a wonderful 2 week holiday in Rhodes at the Sheraton. What makes this a stand out destination is the friendly, highly professional hospitality from George Tipou and his food and beverage team. Special thanks to Alexandra for her welcoming style (hope you’ve got your old front desk back!, )for Prodromos for his calm, professional, friendly, attentive but not too attentive way and Georgios for always engaging and helping us. And last but not least the main man - Dimitris. What a guy! You made our first visit to Rhodes a very special one with your friendly nature and quick wit. What fun you brought to our table every day. You make the Sheraton much more than a hotel - you made it an experience we will never forget. Thanks to all the hotel staff - you work very hard and it pays off. We will be back!

Wonderful stay at the Sheraton Rhodes resort . Staff super friendly and has everything you need . Just attended a culinary demonstration from Head Chef which was fun and engaging/ useful for when I want to recreate a Greek salad back in Cambridge .

Well ….. We can only say our experience at the Sheraton Hotel and Resort was an excellent overall experience and I cannot really expand on that. The staff are so efficient and friendly. The Thèa (Greek), and L'Onda (Italian) Restaurants in the hotel are top class and they provide an unbelievable sunset panorama. Special thanks to Efi and Athena at the restaurants for such a friendly, welcoming and efficient service. We had 3 meals during our 10 day holiday. We will definitely return to this Hotel and Resort!

Hotel is nicer inside than it looks from the street. Staff were very good. Drink and food were a bit pricey. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner buffet was very average. Sometimes fish was undercooked. Specialist restaurants were very pricey for food and drinks although the food was good.
