Sheraton Rhodes Resort

We had an outstanding stay at this resort in Rhodes. My wife and I returned, after 20 years, to celebrate our anniversary and this time brought our 3 daughters. This used to be a Hilton property. Marriott did an excellent job with its improvements. This is one of the nicest properties we’ve stayed at. The team sure takes care of its Bonvoy guests. The Sheraton Rhodes provides service at the highest level. The pool is nice, but we opted for the beach most days. There’s nothing like swimming in the blue Aegean. We were impressed with all of the staff we encountered. Zoi and Adonis at reception were so friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Dimitris. He made sure we had everything we could possibly want or need at Castellania for breakfast. Dimitris is a jewel at this resort in Rhodes. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a visit to Rhodes.

Wonderful stay in this 5* resort. We had one week stay in a Deluxe Sea View room on a bed & breakfast basis. We loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast offered high quality items with good choices and Dimitris gave us excellent service and always with a smile.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and cared for like family. A heartfelt thank you to Michaelis for the warm welcome and luggage assistance, Zoi at the front desk for always helping with a smile, Athena for her kindness at the restaurant entrance, and Dimitris for the wonderful service. This hotel is amazing. Conveniently located close to the airport and Rhodes town. Beachfront with its own private beach just across the road and accessible via a short and lovely underpass. The hotel has ample options for drinks, dinner and I would argue the best sunset deck on the island. The staff makes this hotel stand out even more. From George, Alexandra and Dimitris at breakfast to Theofania at the Reception. The lovely team at the pool bar being ever so accommodating and great cocktails in the bar. Overall a fantastic experience!
