I have scored a 5 Purley on my experience of this hotel and for what I've paid for it i am also only reviewing six out of 7 days as day one honestly nearly had me booking a flight home. We started in a room thst was over the road from the hotel not my cup of tea ideal for maybe the younger generation who are here to party (im in my thirties im past that) any way on to the hotel! Food was fantastic main pool snack bar is is limited burger pizza hot dogs fruit but all fresh ! Splash park snack bar late breakfast for us lazies until 12 the a fantastic range for the rest of the day. Rooms our first room was gorgeous recently refurbished second room not refurbished but nice spotlessly clean (for those who like a cuppa when ya open your eye take a travel kettle found one on amazon for £6.99 Staff are all lovley absolutely nothing has been to much trouble house keeping especially always super friendly. Location is what is is you know what your booking when you book .it is walking distance but I am not a walker so the bathroom is usual an effort for me! Overall for a budget 3+ you couldn't get better value for money which is why I belive it still deserves a 5 Ps the on site shop seemed to be cheaper than wandering out !

Excellent food with lots of choice and variety every day. All staff are very friendly and provide excellent service no queue for checking in and out. Also when you check out on the last day you can still use the facilties, food and drinks which is so good A couple of suggestions; -In an all inclusive hotel there is lack of Filtered/bottled water which should be provided daily for all guests. -room service should start after 10am. We were disturbed twice at 8.30 and 9.00 whilst still in bed for room service -pool towels are only available in the water park are and should also be available in the main pool area. Otherwise a good choice for a hotel

Ok so we are still here , go home tomorrow thankfully! Our own fault i suppose we were just wanted a cheap ish week in the sun , read the reviews and though ‘ no it’ll be fine there’s always dome people not happy ‘ should have taken notice of them ! When we arrived at 1am we were shown to our room to discover it hadn’t been cleaned or made up for us , bed sheets dirty on the bed wet towels on the floor rubbish overflowing bathroom filthy , went back to reception and they gave us a different room , very dated and plaster coming off round the door but it did . Only food on Offer at that time was cold pizza and dried up cold chips 🤢 Breakfast next morning on the restaurant/canteen was what you’d expect , cooked food and cold meats cheeses fruits etc found something to eat every morning but the hot food was only luke warm . Didn’t bother with lunch in there , had a go at snack bar by the water slides , again pizza and chips bit of salad , hotdogs , something described as chicken , found something but didn’t finish it after a poor child threw up in the middle of the eating area , parents left it and 3 cleaners ignored it ! Someone probably cleaned it up eventually I suppose . To be honest we ended up eating out most nights as the evening meal offering was awful . The pool near the water slides is less busy and quieter than the big one where really loud music pumped out most of the day , we just couldn’t sit there but I guess the kids all enjoyed it . After 3 days we had to go and ask for some clean towels since the cleaner hadn’t been in our room at all🤷‍♀️ she did come in every day after that but never changed the bed at all during the week we’ve spent here , not the end of the world I guess. Theres a lot of refurbishment and building going on round the grounds so some areas are a mess and you have to be careful walking . Theres a bus stop outside with regular buses going into Faliraki although you can walk there in about 20 mins , and into Rhodes town which takes about half an hour . Only a couple of euros each way . We didnt stay in the hotel for any of the evening entertainment so can’t comment on that , but found a nice bar JDFriends just along from the hotel where the food and drinks are good , staff lovely 👍 All in all I wish we’d taken notice of reviews picked somewhere else but I suppose you get what you pay for , this is by no stretch if the imagination a 4 star hotel though , pushing it for 3 really , If your bringing kids you might find it ok was a big mistake for us won’t be back .

Dunno what people expect with these reviews we are here now and can’t fault the hotel especially for what we paid free WiFi in our room food is just your standard cheap all inclusive snack bar and ice cream are always open in water park Plenty of sun loungers (don’t have to wake up ) early) cheap arcade for kids, park on hotel spacious clean room with towel changed regularly

Just had a lovely holiday at the palace and a nice mix of people and a very nice room with a nice view of the local mountain and lovely food and all the wine and beer you can drink and about eight minutes away from the very Sandy beach and about twelve to fifteen minutes from Faliraki with the night life and even a strip club and can't speak of the staff to highly with friendliness and efficiency and they direct you to a table which I find very good and very nice snack bar for a late flight there .
