I am here at the moment and although the staff are fantastic and the water park is amazing that is where it ends , of a night there is no reprieve from the heat your choices are to sit in the swelting heat or sit in your air conditioned room , the drinks are warm , and the entertainment is crap last night it was a micky and Minnie mouse meet and greek band that should be left as background noise and not the main event , this seems to e a trend in Europe and so I think its time I went out side of Europe again even if it is just so that I can sit and have a drink in comfort, oh yes the bars close at 12pm or 10pm uk time , and there is no Internet in your rooms or anywhere that you want to sit , the food has been OK so far but I still have 8 days to go so let's see shale we

This review is aimed more at TUI and how issues we encountered were handled, and issues with the hotel that caused unnecessary stress. When we arrived, we were allocated the wrong room for the first two nights of our nine-night holiday. It was well below the standard I had paid extra to upgrade to. The room was dirty, the air conditioning didn't work, there were small bugs over the beds, and there was mould. When I complained, TUI dismissed the fact that I'd paid extra for an upgraded room, telling me there were no "upgraded" rooms. That left me wondering exactly what I'd paid the extra money for. To the hotel's credit, they were helpful and moved us to Room 128, which was beautiful and exactly what we had expected. However, we still spent two of our nine nights in the original room. The most upsetting incident occurred after we had moved rooms. A strange man was mistakenly given access to our new room and walked in while my 12-year-old son and I were asleep, waking us up. On approaching the reception, the hotel admitted this was entirely their mistake. It was an incredibly distressing experience, and I struggled to sleep for several nights afterwards because I no longer felt safe. Although reception acknowledged the error, I felt they were dismissive and did not take the seriousness of the incident into account. To make matters worse, my luggage was missing for four days, leaving me without any of my belongings. I had to buy essential items that cost well in excess of the £100 TUI provided. They refused to offer any further assistance and were incredibly unhelpful during what was already a very stressful situation. Altogether, these issues caused significant anxiety, stress, and a lack of sleep for more than half of what should have been a relaxing holiday. Once everything had settled and we had moved rooms, we were able to enjoy the remainder of our stay. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we even considered booking again. However, because most holidays to this destination are through TUI, we won't be using them again due to the complete lack of compassion and customer care they showed throughout our experience. The hotel staff are what make this place special, particularly the bar and restaurant staff, who were always friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. The waterpark was fantastic, and we had no complaints at all about the food. It's a shame that what could have been an excellent holiday was overshadowed by a series of avoidable problems and poor customer service

me and my friend stayed here mid july. checked in and got put in a golf buggy to go to our room because it was SO far away from the hotel complex? arrived at our room (818, which actually looked derelict) and there was a man dressed all in black sat outside staring up at our balcony (i found this concerning as a young girl). got to the room and the door would not lock from the inside. i have no words for that room other than foul, there was also no wifi or signal. we went to reception and informed them of our issues. i explained that we need a new room which has a signal as my mam at home is ill in and out of hospital. after this they pushed us to stay in the UNLOCKABLE room. obviously we refused so they put us in another room for the night. the next morning we went back to reception and discovered that they had put another young couple in the same block. it seems that they’re putting younger people in the less cared for rooms (shanty). in the end we ended up in a room across the road where there was a lot of works being done, balcony had what looked like blood stains on the floor and if you came back to your room after 12am you were quite literally attacked by water sprinklers. cleaning staff would just walk into your room, apart from that the new room was tolerable. breakfast was ok but lunch and dinner were awful. absolutely stinks outside of the hotel? if you want to be able to sleep before 2am i would highly recommend that you don’t stay in this hotel. cars/vans go past beeping all hours of the day/night. hotel itself is really noisy. one of our room keys did not work. all sun loungers are pinched by 9am. found restaurant staff stare at you, especially if you’re female. had an overall bad experience with this hotel and wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy.
