Actual HOTEL stars, I would give it four but for our family and what we needed it was a five star . I will start with the bad they could do with some more normal food as in food bits enjoy like a simple chicken curry without any bones a simple chilli con Carney with rice no flares no extra just simple pub food just so there’s enough simple food for everyone .Some rooms are knackered for example we stayed in 704 and the bathroom door was knackered. The shower basically didn’t work. We didn’t complain for the simple reason. It wasn’t important for us. You can’t have everything perfect. There were other things that were more important for us . 1 thing I would say is the kids pool site could be cleaned in the main pool. There were quite a lot of merck between the grooves. Don’t mind as much as an adult but the k kids touch everything and they end up playing with it . right now for the good I booked quite last minute so the price was reasonable for summertime for four of us also I didn’t really read the reviews before booking only after I booked which made me panic. If this is you don’t panic it’s not as bad as it seems at all because we want to come back if it was bad we wouldn’t come back -as I mentioned the bad with rooms good with the rooms - they were cleaned more or less every day which I’ve never had in a hotel before our bed were made every day and clean quite often which again is a massive plus because it made it a relaxing holiday when I didn’t have to do anything. our room was always very clean and we had a lot of cluster in the room so I thought that was brilliant. The beds were comfortable. We had two single beds one double bed. 704 was very handy to get to the water park and although we did have to go through a parking to get there from main reception therr was a simple path and we felt safe. The hotel its self is quite big but it’s good because it made enough variety for my eight year-old to enjoy , but it’s not too big for my three-year-old he didnt struggle walking round it. the water park this was definitely the highlight for us. We were struggling to find somewhere with enough big slides to occupy eight old enough safe small sides for a three year-old it was perfect because I managed to sit down while they were playing. lazy River was definitely brilliant. My son even fell asleep on it ! Wave pool was a bit of a letdown but my children had never been in a wave pool so they thought it was exciting .lifeguards were very kind and hard-working. The cleaner that was lovely. We had a good chat with him. Back to the sunbed problem that some were damaged although this there are many other to choose from that weren’t damaged just choose the correct ones , also the maintenance team seems to be always working and fixing them and getting others out so to be fair the HOTEL is doing something about their problems. now about the food so I did complain a little here to you , however there was always something we eat !cleaners and waiting staff were brilliant. They were always busy always working hard. the only mess that was made was by kids that weren’t watched by the parents which is going to happen. It’s how they learn. There was always enough space to sit down. I’m for the fussy eaters there was always pasta with some sauce chips and pizza can’t go wrong with that pineapple and apple juice for fab. Also huge hit with us was all the fruit👌The staff that greeted when you came into the restaurant were amazing so kind and nice, especially with my boys, especially the one that was shy when he saw them first by the end he was trying to jump on them to high-five them. The kitchen staff work hard and they deserve more praise. It’s not hard to say thank you and passing them .now for the entertainment team amazing eight year-old when they’re quite shy happy to play on his own but because of all the events put on in a day for example dsrts or eater Polo especially Football he managed to make friends it boosted his confidence and he didn’t want to leave them. They were lovely boys and we felt very lucky and this was all because of the entertainment in the day .personally we did not like the nighttime entertainment except music quiz which was hilarious. Another thing I think you should take notes of is the fact that Minidisco is way too late. It should start between 7:30 and 8 to be honest loved the bridge and I don’t remember his name but the guy that was speaking through the microphone putting all involved and speaking all these languages was amazing. One of the point I would make if the HOTEL are reading this I think you should have 1 all inclusive drink tab for non-alcoholic beverage it would make life easier for someone that’s struggling. The beach is 5 to 10 minute walk and there are shops over the road so you don’t even have to travel far. We also went on a boat trip which we enjoyed we loved it so much. We want to come back next year and we want to come back for longer we are not fussy people. This is why we didn’t complain at all and this is why for us it was a five star because we didn’t even want to leave the hotel !! thank you sun Palace for a lovely holiday. We will see you again.

very very nice place, warm water in pools

The food is absolutely horrible. The only time we’ve been able to eat in the hotel was breakfast in the morning. We done all inclusive and still ended up spending over €1,000 on eating out. The staff are incredible, really friendly. Everything was amazing but the food was a massive disappointment. Our accommodation had ants coming from the sockets in the walls and the drainage in the bathroom although they are spacious and comfortable it wasn’t a nice situation to be in night and day. However, it is a Great location, close to shops, restaurants and beach etc. The entertainment for children day and night is fantastic.
