I won't bore you with a 5000 word review so I'll be as short and sweet as I can. We've all read the reviews, they are either awful or fantastic it seems. I'm somewhere in the middle. Location is great, short transfer, short walk to beach and the main strip. Bus stop outside so easy accesss to kallithea springs and the old town of rhodes. Well worth visiting!! Great boat tdip to symi also from rhodes. Some of the hotel is showing its age and luckily we had a great room (129) with a big wrap around balcony. Looks like it's been refurbished in the last few years. It wasn't perfect but nice enough.we had no hot water for 2 days out of our 10 night stay. Reported to reception and was sorted ASAP I presume. No ants or cleanliness issues like some report. The pools are great. The animation team are fantastic. They work tirelessly day and night and a credit to the hotel. The waterpark is a nice bonus for onside, but showing its age a little in parts. The lazy river could really do with a deep clean if I'm honest. And there's a distinct lack of inflatables for the slides and lazy river. Some of the sunbeds and umbrellas could do with being updated. We weren't fussed on the drinks unfortunately. Poor quality cocktails and sometimes the soft drinks from the self service machines were warm. The food seems to be a real bone of contention in a lot of reviews. I quite enjoyed what I ate. Never had an issue. My wife did almost ate some raw chicken and my daughter did have some raw chicken nugget so my advice would be to just double check before u eat anything. It seems to be the luck of the draw with the food as it is with the rooms as well. We aren't fussy people, so seeing some ripped umbrellas, or some flakey paint, or weeds or the odd broken tile as we're walking around doesn't affect us as it might others, so just bare in mind this hotel isn't perfect. But if like us you just want quality family time with guaranteed sunshine with easy access to places to see and do then this place ticks a lot of the boxes. U just need the luck of the draw with your room and just be vigilant with the food. We enjoyed and yes we would return.

Hotel was Great, we enjoyed our stay, our kids are glad and had Fun in mini club. They loved animations with Marta and Julia, fantastic girls with positive energy. For sure we will come back

I would strongly advise anyone thinking of booking this resort to look elsewhere. What was supposed to be a relaxing family holiday turned into an incredibly stressful and miserable experience due to substandard conditions, severe hygiene failures, and a shocking lack of staff professionalism. The issues began with our accommodation. We were forced to complain to management on two separate occasions regarding an ant infestation in our room. This was not addressed until the following day, which we found highly unhygienic and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the hygiene standards at the rest of the resort were even worse. The food provided was consistently substandard and swimming in grease. Halfway through our stay, I suffered from severe food poisoning, which completely incapacitated me and ruined the entire second half of our trip. To make matters worse, the health and safety breaches at this hotel are appalling. While dining in the water park restaurant, I personally witnessed a member of the waitstaff squash a dragonfly using her cleaning cloth, throw the insect onto the floor, and immediately proceed to wipe down other dining tables using that exact same contaminated cloth. The staff throughout the entire resort were consistently dismissive, unfriendly, and rude. Whenever we raised a valid concern or asked for help, our complaints were met with laughter and a complete lack of urgency. They simply do not care about their guests. This total lack of hospitality was highlighted on our departure day. We were explicitly instructed by staff earlier in the week to request a late checkout on the morning of our departure. When we did, we were flatly refused and told there was "no availability"—despite the fact that other guests had been permitted to secure late checkouts days in advance. Following our 11:00 AM checkout, we were forced to wait in the hotel lobby for eight and a half hours until our evening pickup. The hotel provided absolutely no alternative facilities for us to shower, change, or get ready, completely ruining our final day. Management and staff here have a complete disregard for basic hospitality, cleanliness, and customer care. Save your money and book a resort where the staff actually value their guests
