Sun Beach Resort

We booked for a week in sun beach, but we left after only two days. The central air conditioning was barely working, and they sent us a fan so we could get through the first night with great difficulty. The next day, we were moved to another room. The AC there was relatively better but still not up to our expectations. Then, another issue arose: there was a foul sewage smell in the room, to the point where we couldn't even pack our luggage inside and had to do it outside. The reception staff did not demonstrate a high level of professionalism. We wasted two days of our vacation due to these technical and sanitary issues, so we decided to leave and book another hotel. We paid the full amount for the booked week. It was a terrible experience; we wasted both time and money.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sun Beach Resort. From the very beginning, the reception team was prompt, helpful and very responsive to every request or issue we had. We really appreciated their professionalism and kindness. I would also like to thank the maintenance gentleman who quickly fixed the water leak in our bathroom, as well as the waiters who served us at the terrace, especially George, who was very friendly and attentive. A special mention also goes to the entertainment team, who organized shows every evening and created a very nice holiday atmosphere. Overall, all the staff made our stay enjoyable and helped us truly feel that we were on vacation. Thank you, Sun Beach Resort, for a lovely experience!

Nice hotell! Beautiful location and a big hotel area. Lots of activities to participate in. Clean hotell and room. Kind and welcoming staff. Especially Jacob, who was very joyful and helpful. The hotel suits both families and adults without kids, since the hotell is so big and there’s both areas for kids and adults only. Shows in the evening is probably nice, but it lasted a bit long (23.00), would have been thankfull for it to end at 22.00. The only thing that disapointed me a little is the gym. Some of the equipment was broken and it was too little equipment there. Really small weights and shaky treadmilles. But altogether a very nice trip!

We stayed in Rhodes for two weeks and had a wonderful experience! The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful. There was always a smile waiting for us at the supermarket checkout, which made every visit a little nicer 😊 A special mention has to go to Jacob, who came by every day to check in with the guests and make sure everyone was happy and enjoying their stay. This level of care and personal service really makes a difference and is such an important part of the overall experience. A big thank you to Jacob for taking such good care of us during our stay! ☀️🇬🇷
