Huge place, beautiful landscaping, big room and friendly staff.

The garden wing room given to us when we checked in was booked as a “family suite” what we received was a squalid room with a partition separating the room in half with a makeshift sofa for a third bed. The conditions of the room were totally disgusting including soiled mattress ripped bedding, rusty appliances and lights that didn’t work. Wee managed to obtain another room which was in the same wing but was equally as damaged but at a least it was the correct room type with the separate bedroom as booked. We paid a fee to be moved to a room in the main hotel ( the garden wing is actually a separate hotel across the street with this own reception. Which was much better but still not as nice as the updated rooms as shown in all the hotel photos. All in all the depressing state on the garden wing really lets the hotel down and when you are “turned away”’from the lively shiny main building reception to the property across the road you will be totally disappointed. We spoke to the family who were placed in our first room and they also rejected it after one night. The hotel is in desperate need of updating in many of the areas that have not already been completed and I would strongly avoid booking anything other than a newly updated room in the main bullding

Overall, the hotel was okay. The beachfront area is very modern and attractive, but we felt it should be made much clearer when booking that the resort is split into two very different sections. The building across the road feels noticeably older and, in our opinion, more like a three-star hotel, while the beachfront section has a much more modern, four-star feel. The beach was fine, although there are quite a few stones, especially when entering the water. The real highlight of our stay was Dimitra and Ilias. They looked after us at both dinner and breakfast, and their service was absolutely outstanding. They were warm, attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. They made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond every single day. They are a huge credit to the hotel and made our meals truly special!

Great hotel, clean, nice, beach is good but use special shoes. Warm , clean water -amazing. Staff is friendly, helpful and doing great job. Reception staff, waiters, housekeeping, guest relation, hairdressing salon Kem is very professional!! Some tours were not available ( end of season), beach is good, bus always use shoes. We wanted to try more seafood and more fish there. We would like to wish to keep high standard of service and appreciate their hard job! Many many thanks!!!
