Really nice service from Jacob and Sigrid. Love them. Really nice and kind. They showed us around the hotel. I look forward to meet them in the upcoming weeks we are spending at the hotel.

The trip was amazing and its thanks to Jacob and sigrid that guided us through out out whole the hotel . If it wasn’t for them we would have never known what the hotel has to offer. They communicate and shared the information clearly about the hotel and the location connected to the hotel. They made us feel like friends the whole trip. So i would like to really share a special thank you to them and the hotel for the amazing experience!!!

We spent a fantastic 7 days at the Sun Beach Resort on an All Inclusive basis. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and were pleasantly surprised – a cold plate and a bottle of wine were waiting for us in the fridge. After a long journey, it was a truly brilliant welcome!Our room was located in the building across the street (in the Garden Wing). The room itself was perfectly acceptable – clean and well-equipped, though to be completely honest, the bathroom could use some refreshing and renovation. However, the absolute highlight was that we stayed on the fourth floor. Because of this, we had a beautiful view of both the sea and the mountains from our balcony, and watching the evening sunsets from that perspective was simply unforgettable!What truly sets this hotel apart is the service and the gastronomy. The entire staff is extremely professional, helpful, and always smiling. The food was absolutely delicious, and the cuisine was of the highest standard! Every single meal was a great pleasure, and the variety of dishes was impressive. Personally, I absolutely loved their chocolate pancakes – they were incredible!There are three swimming pools on the property (not counting the children's pool) available for guests to use. Everyone can find a perfect spot for themselves. The only downside and something we found a bit unfair was that the All Inclusive formula does not apply at the adults-only pool, meaning you have to pay extra for all orders there.But as the saying goes, every cloud has a silver lining! Because of this, we moved to a different bar and discovered the real gem of this hotel. We would like to give a massive shoutout and the highest possible rating to Michael the bartender! Michael worked the morning shift and made hands-down the best, most delicious cocktails. On top of that, he is incredibly friendly, professional, and knows how to create a great atmosphere. Michael, you are the best and you do an amazing job – people want to return to a hotel because of staff like you!To sum up: a very successful holiday, breathtaking views from the fourth floor, 5-star cuisine, and Michael on the morning shift is a master of his craft! Highly recommended!

We arrived at 2am and were told they had no room for us, they’d tried to tell us our booking was from the 31/05 even though it was clearly from the 30/05. Was at reception for over an hour trying to sort this issue out, the receptionist didn’t seem to know what he was doing and kept asking us the same questions. They eventually gave us a room that was outdated and full of ants. In the morning we got changed to a room in the nicer part of the hotel which they offered us for half price. We then got over charged for the tax which they had to refund us for. The room was cleaned daily but on multiple days the cleaners did not replace the shower towels. We then booked into the hotels À la carte restaurant which was very nice, due to us staying for 7 nights we could book into the restaurant twice, but when it came to book it the second time the receptionist tried to tell us we couldn’t because we were only staying for 6 nights so we wasted another 30 minutes at reception for them to figure their own mistake out again. On the final day we paid for late checkout which is 6pm but after having some lunch we tried to get into our room at 3pm only to find out we had been locked out with a note on the door saying attend reception ASAP. When I attended reception I was told they had under charged us for 1 night in the room and they wanted paying for it. I tried to explain that our stay had been awful and we shouldn’t have to pay for their constant mistakes but I was met with a very blunt answer of ‘you have to pay’. Hotel itself is very nice is you stay on the beach front side, I would not recommend staying in the garden wing due to it being very out dated and grimy.

Very family friendly..staff are extremely friendly. Very helpful with all of our needs.
