What a great hotel! We travelled as a family of 4, our eldest age 15 and our youngest age 7 All inclusive. Really quick travel from the airport around 20 minutes which was great. We arrived at the renovated part of the hotel, we were then directed across the road to the other reception as we were staying in the Garden view part. Please dont let this put you off, its not a big deal having to go across the road, its not a million miles away and you still have access to every part of the hotel. There is a supermarket attached to the hotel which hasa everything you could possibly need. We stayed in room 152 which is in the 'old part' of the hotel on the ground floor right next to pool which was ideal. The room yes was basic but really clean and have everything we needed so it wasnt an issue at all and was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. There was a kitche area which had a fridge, kettle, toaster, dining table and a TV, in this room where 2 single beds for the, there is then a door and a window through to a double bed, dressing table and access to the terrace. The bathroom was much more up to date and the shower was honestly the best powerful shower i have used in a long time. Aircon was great - lots of sunbeds and no sun bed wars at all, there was always plenty enough for the 4 of us. The pool in the garden view part is shallow all the way across (a little deeper at the end but my 7 year old could still stand up) - the only thing i noticed is that there was no lifeguard at all at either pools that i could see which is the only let down here. The restaurants were lovely and clean, really nice setting, lots of food choices and the staff were friendly and helpful! The entertainment was great and something different every night - the animation team were fantastic! We spent a couple of days in the renovated part of the hotel across the road where there is a baby pool and then an adults pool, again really nice and clean. The beach is on this side as well, stunning beach and the setting at night on the terraces where just fabulous. The location was fantastic, maybe a 5 or 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops etc - not too busy and has just enough there, really lovely little village. We booked a trip to Symi island through Holiday Essentials which is in the the village and it cost us 160 euros for the 4 of us including transfers to and from the hotel. The boats are extremely busy and its an hour and a half boat trip. We spent an evening in Rhodes old town which was around 20 euros in a taxi from the hotel, gorgeous place, its huge and very busy but so worth the visit. There is a watersport place around 20 minute walk down the beach walking towards the right hand side where we hired jet skis which was 80 euros for 2 people which was called Rhodes Wave i think.....we would return back to this hotel in a heartbeat, the children loved it and so did we! Already pricing up to go back next year :)

We travelled as a group of ten, including two children, on a half‑board family holiday and from the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded every expectation. The photos and reviews were already great, but the reality was on a completely different level. The biggest highlight was the staff - an absolutely wonderful team of friendly, helpful and genuinely enthusiastic people. A huge thank you to Asmina, Mariana, Michalista and Rafael at reception for being incredibly supportive throughout our stay. And to the restaurant bar team - our lovely Theodora, Kiki, Dieter and of course - our amazing late‑night bartender Michael (an absolute angel!) - thank you for making every evening feel special! The resort itself was exactly what we hoped for: not too big, not too small, beautifully laid out and full of spaces to relax. Plenty of bars, several pools, lovely walking routes along the beach and nearby town and a perfect location - just 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Rhodes Town by taxi. If you look for imperfections, you’ll always find them anywhere. But for us, this place was perfect. We could unwind by the pool, join activities, explore the island, or simply enjoy peaceful walks. We rarely return to the same destination twice, yet this stay was so memorable that we’re genuinely considering coming back next year. Helpful tips for future travellers Half‑board flexibility - You get breakfast and either lunch or dinner. You can swap your second meal anytime, just let the restaurant staff know when you enter. Drinks on HB - Drinks during your second meal (lunch/dinner) are not included. Taxis - No Uber on the island, but hotel reception can get you a taxi in about 3 minutes. Card or cash accepted. Getting a taxi back - If you’re out and need a ride, simply walk into any hotel lobby and ask reception to call a taxi (a small tip is appreciated). Airport transfer - No need to pre‑book any airport transfers. Taxis cost around €20, and there are plenty waiting outside Arrivals. Shuttle to Rhodes Town - A comfortable bus runs from the resort for €4.50 per person. Book easily via the QR code at reception. Kids activities - Daily mini‑disco and children’s entertainment at 20:30. Local restaurants - If you’re not on all‑inclusive, there are many great local dining options nearby at very reasonable prices.

Stayed here 22nd-29th August, arrived late so no shops open, luckily the bar was open until 1am so managed to get a drink. Our room was over the garden side please note there are two hotels of very different standards at this hotel we were in the very basic side, cupboards were damp and room smelt damp too. Floor tiles cracked but made the best of the situation as only used room for sleeping in. The kids entertainer Mario and Dylan were both really nice and so enthusiastic which my son loved. The staff had to deal with a lot of unhappy holiday makers which must have made their job quite hard. We resented paying €70 euros plus €17 euros (non refundable for a safe on arrival)! However if trading standards was in Rhodes this advertising would not be allowed. The instagram posts show the new hotel, nothing is mentioned about the older part, staff advised the old hotel is due to be updated this winter. But we will not be returning to see this. We stayed on a half board basis, breakfast was quite basic but evening meal was better, drinks at the hotel are quite pricey (expect to pay what you’d pay in a bar in the UK) however if you go to local bars and shop nearby it’s a lot cheaper. Town is really close by for souvenirs and restaurants. When it came to check out the luggage room is in the newer building increasing the vibe of this is what you could of had! There is no shower room you must use the bathroom near the beach to get sorted if you have a late departure. Sunbeds can be quite mucky, the local cats sleep on your towels. If you leave towels out on veranda they sleep on these too and poo on them! The beach is lovely just bring sea shoes and watch out for the man taking payment unless you are all inclusive you must pay €5 euros a bed. Before we left lots of kids kept knocking on doors really late at night and run around pool area where disco is knocking over drinks so hold on to them.

We were travelling in a large group and found the hotel staff and facilities to be accommodating for us overall. Special mention to Stavros, hotel manager, Dimitri poolside attendant and Mario and his team- head animator for the entertainment. I would also like to thank the team in the restaurant who were consistent in making sure our needs were met. The hotel is located very close to local amenities so if thinking of switching to self catering options, the supermarket is in the hotel premises (priced reasonably) and outside wishing a very short walk. It should be noted that the hotel has 2 sides from which I noticed, be sure to know which side you are on when booking. The apartments are placed on the garden side which are dated and uninspiring, not the glossy images you may see when booking. The nicer part is the beach facing block; images you will see on social media. We were ok with out gloomy room as it served its purpose with kids and chaos. Garden facing, we had a balcony with ample room. There was a small kitchenette area, if you were cooking, a microwave, fridge and double electric hob. There is a small scramble for subbed, so you would have to secure them early, pool opens at 10 so be aware of slippery floor, my husband slipped over twice and my nephew. Guest relations will not support you as they say the pool opens at 10, not very responsible. If this is disputed at all, I also have photographic evidence but not needed as this is a warning for you not a deterrent. The food for the all inclusive option is great, not a ‘massive’ selection but ample and more than satisfying. The desserts are simply delicious so be sure to save space for them. The staff work very hard in this hotel and were truly amazing in my opinion so deserving of recognition. If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer. Would recommend.
