The Ixian Grand & All Suites

This is my 5th time in this hotel and I couldn't be more happy to be back here for holidays. The staff is always ready to make an extra step to keep you happy, plus loyal guests can count on enjoyable surprises. The rooms are spacious, always clean, the beach is amazing and pool bar serves great drinks and coctails.

What a wonderful experience we had. The hotel is lovely and the staff were fantastic. Spotlessly clean and the food choices were superb.

Our big disappointment was the beach ,whilst it states the beach is stony it certainly omits to say how difficult it is to enter the sea or return back to the beach .it also omits to mention that within just a few feet it drops well below the average persons height , fortunately i am a confident swimmer but for those who are not it can and will be very difficult to enjoy the normal beach type holiday . The hotel was possibly good value ,but that’s about it ; you only get what you are prepared to pay for .We will not be returning no matter at what cost

Just returned from our third visit to this wonderful hotel and as in the previous two years we were not disappointed. From arrival to departure, the service was outstanding. Every member of staff greets you with a smile and cannot do enough for you. A special shout out to the staff in Alazonia, who go above and beyond to make your time in their restaurant a lovely experience, taking pride in presenting the wonderful food on their menu. A truly great team and such a credit to this hotel and one of the main reasons we returned again this year. Only criticism and it’s a small one , you now have to book alazonia, not really a problem but on day trips out felt a little under pressure to make sure we were back in time. Lunch in the vis a vis restaurant was as always very good and once again the staff are very welcoming and attentive. So if you are looking for a very relaxing holiday with great service and great food this is def the place for you.
