The Ixian Grand & All Suites

This holiday was celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and I can’t say enough good about it. Location is excellent not far from Rhodes town. 15 min by taxi to the old town, the hotel can arrange this for you. The atmosphere at the Ixian grand is very relaxed. The rooms are very clean and very well kept. I think it was good value for money, the food has been excellent. There was entertainment but it was never on after10.30 so the noise level was very minimal. The service from the staff was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. If you are planning a trip visit Mama Sophia’s in the old town you will not be disappointed. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. The staff are super friendly. They actually cannot do enough to make your experience here so great. The atmosphere is brilliant. The location is superb.The food is outstanding. Myself and husband done the couples treatment in their spa. Maria and Matilda were our therapists and they, honestly were fantastic. They made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. We would highly recommend the spa if you're staying here. The whole experience was outstanding. We’ve just come back from a week at this beautiful resort. The rooms were clean and modern, we had a design double room and it was plenty big enough with a lovely bathroom! The mini bar with daily stocked cans of Coke and 7up was ideal. The rooms were always cleaned to a very high standard. The food was lovely and waiting staff were so attentive and friendly. Always refilling water and taking plates when they were done with. The chairs were quite low but not a problem. The food got a bit samey but that’s to be expected at an all inclusive! The only feedback we would have is a few more dairy free dessert options as my partner was a bit fed up of jelly and fruit after a few days. We went to the Greek à la carte and the service and food was exquisite. We couldn’t believe how much food we were given. The beach snacks could have done with some chips and maybe something like chicken nuggets as something to pick at as most things had dairy in. Being able to order your drinks to your subbed was a great added extra, the staff worked so hard! Nothing was ever too much, even with the heat and the amount of steps they must have had to have done. The only thing we noticed was that you were unable to Fanta lemon to the sunbeds but is so menial. Having the sunbeds on the beach was gorgeous, it meant you could have a cool down in the sea and see all your stuff. Just remember it’s a pebble beach so take your aqua shoes. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, we honestly had such a gorgeous week and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for everything :)

A well kept hotel right on the beach. The bar service was very good. Quick prompt efficient service. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bedding changed often. Good value for money. It was busy in July and noisy during the World Cup. Good choice of food in restaurants.
